Got our flu shots here this year (2024). This is the CVS closest to us. They are doing their best. Sometimes they are understaffed and the wait for the pharmacy is long, but that's more of a corporate issue. The staff and Pharmacist here are amazing. They have lots of good stuff at this store including a little clinic. read more

This is the worse CVS on the face of the planet but unfortunately it's the one I have to go to. I would give negative 5 stars if yelp allowed. Everything went to shit when Bryce quit years ago. Now the head pharmacist Riddi literally insults you and acts like you are trying to commit fraud when you attempt to pick up your Rx. They also routinely give me other patients Rx print outs inside my bag, which is a raging HIPAA violation. CVS should close this location yesterday or fire the entire pharm staff read more

This store is a joke the pharmacy closed 7 PM when they have clear posted hours stating that they are not supposed to close until 8 PM. Then they close the drive-through five minutes before 7pm and it not even time to close. Then was rude about it when I asked to talk to a manager. Lost another customer!!!! read more

Would give 0 stars if I could, go fill your prescriptions anywhere else. The pharmacist is treating me like I'm faking my prescription, they move at the speed of dying sloths, telling me 20-30 minutes to fill a 10 pill prescription, telling me what I can and can't say, and overall the snarky attitude I got from the pharmacist was bullshit. Horrible pharmacy! Pharmacist is an incompetent, entitled, arrogant, idiot! The hourly staff in the pharmacy are every bit as incompetent! I am a heart transplant patient that has over 10 prescriptions being filled by CVS on 3rd St at Lee's Summit and had an inexcusable experience with the pharmacy. I was told by the regional manager that I would be followed up with regarding my experience and never was. Now that I see their reviews, there's no need to even put an explanation. The pharmacy is awful. Stood in line for 15 minutes while one other person was in front of me. Meanwhile an employee was sitting on his phone. Let me reiterate that there was ONE person in front of me. Left without getting the medicine that I needed and will not be returning. read more

Went back to the pharmacy; the team from California had left and the Doctor was there by herself. She gave me my medications and was super nice! I tried to remove my earlier, somewhat negative review but was unable. In any event, I will continue to do business at CVS just because of how great my interaction with her was. read more

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Extremely slow. And I usually have to stop 4-5x to actually be able to pick up my prescription.

CVS Minute Clinic. I think "Minute Clinic" is the worst possible name for this clinic, it is anything but a minute. I checked in at 11am and was number 12 on the list, I left and came back at noon and was number 11 on the list. Number 5 was a provider lunch for one hour, I would be lucky if they saw me by 330 or 430 pm. That is not a minute clinic, it is a joke. read more

I came to this CVS for the first time to dropoff/pickup a prescription for my one year old son. I was a little hesitant to use their drive-thru being a first-timer here, but it couldn't have gone smoother! I was greeted promptly and getting all of our information into their system took no time at all. They were quick with filling my prescription (15min) and patient while answering my questions when I came back by to pick it up. The two employees that helped me were extremely friendly, and I will definitely be using this CVS as my main pharmacy! read more

My experience this morning was one that I will never forget. I have worked in health care myself for several years and because of that, I am always understanding, treat others with respect and show kindness to everyone. One of the most important things to remember is that you don't know what someone has gone through. You don't know if the patient that just walked through your door is having the worst day of their life. I get that you can't "know someone's character" from a single visit, but you should at least take them back for the appointment and get to know them. My mother and I scheduled physical appointments as my husband and I are trying to foster to adopt for the second time. We are the only two left that need updated physical forms that need to be signed and returned ASAP. This isn't our first rodeo. We have gone through the entire foster process before. Our "character" is "judged" by the references that were completed by our friends and family. The background checks that we cleared and the fact that our adopted son has the best life and is so loved and treasured. My mother does not have a primary care provider as she can't afford insurance at this time and my provider is booked until my next appointment in April. We were just trying to get our physicals done and signed off ASAP so that we can finish up our licensing process and bring some sweet foster babies home. I don't know if the provider that we were scheduled with was having a bad day or has a bad experience with adoption, or maybe our foreign names upset you (we are obviously not Caucasian) and that's why you didn't want to see us. Whatever the reason, shame on you for the way that you handled this situation. You could have been kind, you could have asked questions, you could have tried to get to know me. I truly hope that you never make anyone else feel as small and stupid as you made me feel. read more

Go somewhere else...like somewhere that they train the employees on the basic hours of operation for the pharmacy. The pharmacy hours are a joke on the weekend. I guess no soccer mom's need their little helpers after 6p on Saturday and Sunday. Had a script called in Sunday only to find they close the pharmacy at 6p while the overpriced "convenience" store stays open until 8 or 9. The could-care-less associate at the front counter couldn't be bothered to know the hours for the pharmacy or the store so I'm not sure. yes I could use the website, but I should be able to call in as well. Shame on you, General manager, for such assumptions about what hours are right. And shame on you for hiring from the bottom of the barrel. It's not like cvs isn't making billions on prescriptions every year. I guess it's the difference between posting a billion dollar year as opposed to a $999million dollar year. It's just a symptom of a larger pandemic of lazy self entitled management and lazier employees that's the new norm for our latest generation. You suck. read more
