Their policy seems to have one person run the entire store outside of pharmacy. The first time I was here I watched one employee tryna run from counter to counter and around the store trying to serve customers. It makes the employee stressed and causes poor service for customers because we all had to wait while one person tried to man multiple sections of the store single-handedly. I went there again and the one person working at the store's shift ended and nobody had come to relieve them, so they just left the store unattended. Nobody there except the pharmacists in the back. This store is so poorly managed, there should never just be one employee trying to work the entire store. I feel bad for the employees, seems like a horrible place to work. read more

This pharmacy is one of the worst I've ever used and the only reason I keep going here is because I'm disabled and it's close. If I had another good choice I would never deal with these people ever again. The pharmacy is an absolute joke. I will place an order for my refills on the app, and after a couple days I'm like "okay let me go on and check the status because it's been a while and I haven't heard anything and it's supposed to be ready today" and I saw it had been cancelled. I didn't do that, and I need it, so I called them and there's the next issue. I call, am waiting on hold for over 5 minutes and then they hang up on me. Okay, I need my medicine so I'll place the order again (it now says delayed & out of stock), and call one more time. After another 5 minutes of holding I'm met with a very rude worker who starts gaslighting me about how the order isn't/wasn't ever "cancelled," and how it's just delayed because it's out of stock. Girl I placed that second order after not being able to get ahold of you. Look at the order log. Of course it's not "cancelled" anymore, you aren't listening. After being demeaned for another couple minutes for trying to bring attention to the fact that their employees are obviously cancelling orders instead of delaying them, she says that the next shipment would be in on Tuesday. Interesting considering every single time I order a refill that they never have the product and it's always "coming in"...maybe work on placing a bigger order so you aren't always out. And while you're at it, get some workers who don't hate their job and have some actual customer service and listening skills. It's truly concerning when the people who are handling our medications don't have any proper cognitive skills! read more

I have one star because I have too take make this complaint. Yesterday I sat on hold for 30 minutes to have a 5 minute wait after I drove to the store. The entire time I was in there, the phone was ringing and no one answered. They just ignored it. When I asked the questions about my prescriptions that should have been answered on the phone, I was told they will be ready today. Today, I called at exactly 2pm, after their meal break and was told to call back. I am currently on hood now. A man has answered the phone twice telling me to hold and won't answer the third ring. Why can't we get answers on the phone rather than drive up there every time?? read more

Took over 6 hours to fill a simple amoxicillin prescription. They notified me after they closed that it was filled. So I got there the next day to pick it up. They waited on the two people in front of me in the drive-thru. Then I proceeded to sit there for 15 minutes while one girl played with a pink soft plastic ball. Another girl pretended to be working on the computer - but her screen never moved and she wasn't typing a thing. She was just standing in front of it. A guy was there too. He was helping the one customer at the counter. Then he moved over and helped me. I'm done with them. Completely done. I so wish I would have taken a picture of her playing with that ball. It would have framed the four people perfectly. Two ignoring their job, one person helping the lone lady at his counter. CVS is directly across the street. They will now have all of my business. read more

Don't bother with this pharmacy. They will keep you waiting over an hour for a shot even with an appointment. Other pharmacies take 10 minutes max. Then they act like you are bothering them. CVS is right across the street, save yourself the headache. read more

WORST WALGREENS EVER !!! First I called waited on hold in line 25min to pick up my grandmothers prescription, just for them to answer and hang up in my face no hello no nothing. Then when I enter the store they have very rude disrespectful employees except for one young black woman. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband had a Covid test scheduled with the pharmacy on 2/17 and when he got there the store was not even open although it was supposed to be. Nobody bothered to call him to tell him that his appointment was canceled. The next day I had a Covid test scheduled at the same location (my mistake but it's blocks away from our home & I was not feeling well) and there was not a pharmacist on duty, so it could not be done. Again, nobody called to cancel my appointment. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially when dealing with sick people who need the tests they've made appointments for, or need to pick up their prescriptions. The employees were not helpful when I asked what I was supposed to do. Fortunately CVS was accommodating!! CVS for the win & all of my business going forward. read more

When someone finally answered the call, they hung up on me immediately before I got to say anything. Go to the other Walgreens in Raytown. Or better yet a CVS. read more

Worst pharmacy ever!!! I drop off a prescription to be told that it will be ready in an hour. I come back in an hour to get my prescription, only to find out that it was never filled because they didn't have current insurance on file. First of all, can't people without insurance still get prescriptions filled? Second, why didn't they say they needed insurance information when i dropped the prescription off??? So now I have to wait even longer for them to actually fill the prescription. Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. read more
