Then I got harrassed for my Medicare # even though I provided my insurance card (Medicare PPO). That wouldn't have been so bad being asked for that EXCEPT that my husband went several months ago for his covid jabs (both of them) at the very same AuBurn Pharmacy and he was never asked for his Medicare # - and, mind you, he has the very same insurance that I do. So, I went on their website and sent them my Medicare # several days after receiving the jab VIA EMAIL - but they don't check their email. This is ridiculous. My husband didn't get this hassle whatsoever! I thought these covid jabs were supposed to be FREE. What an absolute mess! I'm not at ALL impressed with AuBurn Pharmacy after they've singled me out to harrass me for the Medicare # - that I provided them VIA EMAIL. CHECK YOUR EMAIL or delete that option for consumers.

Inventory: 4/10 The supercenters have more variety and product inventory, which makes for a frustrating trip if you are looking for something very specific. I have this same gripe about the Target, which I have reviewed before. Sometimes you do not want to drive further and deal with crowds to get what you want, but at the same time, it beats being frustrated. It is a game of this or that. I will say that the neighborhood markets have a higher chance of having expired products on the shelves. I love that the salad mix is vacuum sealed, which keeps it fresher for longer. Locality: 9/10 I like that this neighborhood is close to my house and is hardly crowded. Like the supercenter, there are times during the day when you can get in and out without battling crowds. This store is popular among the more seasoned crowd, which is also a plus. Delivery/Pickup: 1/10 Both this location and the supercenters are horrendous on delivery and pickup orders. Delivery orders are never correct and the drivers do not follow directions. Picking up groceries will result in you waiting for a long time. There has never been a time where I went to pick up groceries and there was a 30-minute wait or longer. You are better off going inside and shopping for what you need. Store Layout: 9/10 Like most retailers, this location has self-checkout. There are plenty of registers available and unlike the supercenter, the employees do not harass you or act as helicopters when you are trying to check out. I am not a fan of how their deli is set up and on peak days, it can bottleneck. This is not a dealbreaker by any means, but the service is on the slower side so expect to wait for certain items. Overall: 7.5/10 This store is great for grabbing items quickly and efficiently. Like Target, inventory is very spotty and is not ideal for major grocery hauls. From what I have observed, their pharmacy is decent with slower service times when it is busy. I recommend this location for shorter trips.

If we don't get your medication in - we'll see if another Walmart has it. WTF? The online refill system just says pending from the request last week - that's why I requested it again. On another occasion, when I called in about my refill that was requested three days earlier, the person answering the phone said, "We have over a hundred prescriptions to fill. I will see if I can move yours up to the top." HIRE ANOTHER PHARACIST! You can't tell me that Walmart can't afford to hire more help - even part time. Walmart Pharmacies are the worst.

We had some issues with picking up but weren't getting upset over it, they asked us to wait and we kindly sat down but the pharmacist helping us was extremely extremely rude, impolite, impatient, and got visibly and physically angry slamming things down on the table. It's the one with colored hair and she's old and white. She's very rude, if you see here you're better off just walking away and finding another pharmacy to get your prescription filled at. The gentleman who took over talking with us when the lady ultimately walked away upset, we asked to speak to him farther away so she wouldn't hear us and he refused to talk somewhere else. When I commented to pharmacy technician about extremely long wait she laughed and offered no apology or explanation. I will not use drive through again due to this ridiculous situation. Because what I've noticed is CVS nationwide have on average a 8% increase in pricing over everywhere else. I believe the reason is because of not buying in bulk. I don't think I'm leaking any secrets here as that's just what I've observed. Most of the shelves were stocked but the products in the fridge and freezer where sparse as if no one restocked them in ages. One thing I have noticed is CVS gets in interesting holiday supplies like Danish cookies for Xmas. I never seen these cookies anywhere else so that is worth remembering. As for the pharmacy they're ok I suppose. They're relatively quick to fill orders yet sometimes they get backed up and their "manners" are questionable. I won't hold that against them though as it's a tough job, I just figured I'd point it out. CVS is a place where many of us get our medications filled and as far as that aspect, they're about average speed, maybe a smidge under but with a nice staff. Inside the store portion of the freestanding unit, prices aren't competitive and I would pass on anything that needs refrigeration. As for me since the pharmacy is right around the corner, I find them capable of fulfilling my order so I'll be back.

They did not seem to be aware they had someone coming in. There was nobody else there to get a vaccine but they did have a few customers. Everyone I encountered was nice but nobody seemed to have an answer if you had a question. I was given my shot by one of the people who work there. I think a pharmacy tech. It was a bit unusual because she seemed to be really trying to follow instructions and when I asked why she was looking for my shoulder bone, she explained that she was trained to find the bottom of that bone and go 2 inches down for the location of the shot. I hope I'm remembering the steps correctly. It took her awhile to decide. She then wiped down my arm more thoroughly than anyone has ever done it before. I think I appreciated her being so meticulous but it also made me a little uneasy. Lol So far I'm sore but okay so I guess it went well. Again, everyone was nice and other than waiting a bit, there were no issues. I would go here again and if the young woman who gave me my shot is there, she will do it all by the book!

I actually dread having to pick up Prescriptions at this location. I'm sure that it would be the…read moresame at any Walgreens, but this one gets my ire because it's the one I use. It seems like if they're not out of something or if I need a refill I can't seem to get them all done on the same day so I have to make multiple trips every time. And they won't transfer my prescription to another Walgreens location when they are out of it. And if I don't pick up my prescription right away and they cancel it, that burns that prescription so I have to call my doctor again to get it refilled again, even though I could've picked it up a day ago, except these twits are closed for lunch during my lunch break and I work until 8 most days, so it's Saturday I'm off and went to pick it up. but because it was canceled, now I can't get it. This makes no sense and it's just one more hassle I have to go through. So sick of Walgreens, Doctors and prescriptions. The system blows, and their process blows. I'd say I'll never use them again, but what's my alternative and what a hassle the system makes it to transfer somewhere else. I'm going to try next time I see the doctor.
