They are absolutely willing to do everything they can to help their customers, including matching your skin color to help find the perfect shade of foundation. Sure it feels a little awkward to sit in a makeup chair at Walgreens but it's totally worth it. I also really like the health clinic at this Walgreens store. It's easy to make an appointment online, and the woman I've seen by over the past year is THE BEST. She's super sweet, and she really knows her stuff. I highly recommend paying her a visit the next time you have the sniffles. So happy to have this store close to my house. I always have a great experience when I pop in!

The ONLY reason we keep our scripts here is because they are the closest 24-7 pharmacy near us and sometimes we have crazy hours and need to be able to pick up our prescriptions at all times. Honestly, they would benefit from a complete overhaul. Half their staff at the pharmacy here has no idea what they're doing. Most everything was very picked over. The most disturbing part was when we checked out. There were no cashiers, so we did self check. A few minutes into checking, we noticed an employee standing right behind us holding a phone in her hand and acting strange. I got confused and asked her if she was needing the register. She said she didnt understand but she was just there to watch us. It was very invading and we felt very uncomfortable. We finished and left, but my husband and I are older. It upset my husband enough to forget where he parked. It was horible. My problem is...if she was there to survelance us then why don't they just hire her as a cashier. This was a very bad encounter, and we will avoid going to this WM. I dont recognize this side of Olathe, very frightening. Because what I've noticed is CVS nationwide have on average a 8% increase in pricing over everywhere else. I believe the reason is because of not buying in bulk. I don't think I'm leaking any secrets here as that's just what I've observed. Most of the shelves were stocked but the products in the fridge and freezer where sparse as if no one restocked them in ages. One thing I have noticed is CVS gets in interesting holiday supplies like Danish cookies for Xmas. I never seen these cookies anywhere else so that is worth remembering. As for the pharmacy they're ok I suppose. They're relatively quick to fill orders yet sometimes they get backed up and their "manners" are questionable. I won't hold that against them though as it's a tough job, I just figured I'd point it out. CVS is a place where many of us get our medications filled and as far as that aspect, they're about average speed, maybe a smidge under but with a nice staff. Inside the store portion of the freestanding unit, prices aren't competitive and I would pass on anything that needs refrigeration. As for me since the pharmacy is right around the corner, I find them capable of fulfilling my order so I'll be back.

I actually dread having to pick up Prescriptions at this location. I'm sure that it would be the…read moresame at any Walgreens, but this one gets my ire because it's the one I use. It seems like if they're not out of something or if I need a refill I can't seem to get them all done on the same day so I have to make multiple trips every time. And they won't transfer my prescription to another Walgreens location when they are out of it. And if I don't pick up my prescription right away and they cancel it, that burns that prescription so I have to call my doctor again to get it refilled again, even though I could've picked it up a day ago, except these twits are closed for lunch during my lunch break and I work until 8 most days, so it's Saturday I'm off and went to pick it up. but because it was canceled, now I can't get it. This makes no sense and it's just one more hassle I have to go through. So sick of Walgreens, Doctors and prescriptions. The system blows, and their process blows. When my prescription is not ready within a reasonable amount of time I have been asked to return when it would be ready. When I commented to pharmacy technician about extremely long wait she laughed and offered no apology or explanation. I will not use drive through again due to this ridiculous situation. There should definitely be a limit of time for one car to have their prescription filled.
