I explained that Price Chopper was a selection on the GoodRx website, explained to her how GoodRx works etc - she was clueless and rude. Refused to honor GoodRx price even when I provided all info listed on the "coupon". I pulled prescription from Price Chopper and sent to Hy-Vee using GoodRx. Hy-Vee filled prescription immediately and with great customer service. Lesson learned. Price Chopper is awful. Shop your prescription prices and stay away from Price Chopper.

I paid cash and then I had to get my insurance involved where they were able to see the scanned script and that the pharmacy was wrong. If your doctor calls in a prescription for you, they may or may not fill it the same day. They seem to be understaffed and always have a line in drive thru that goes around the building. They can NEVER get my name right. I pulled up at 815pm to be waited on at 830pm and was told they are behind and the prescription wasn't ready. I told them my doctor called it in around 1pm. He said they are short staffed, giving Covid shots and backed up in drive through and on the inside. ‍ I am going to ask if they could use some part time help.

I was looking right at what I wanted so I walked over to show her on the shelf and that upset her more. I do not think Barb should be yelling at customers or arguing with them at all. Plus I could see a manager Josh was very very near by pretending he wasn't hearing all of her antics.
