It's as thick as the lent you take out of your dryers at home after doing your laundry It's something they should address. . Cleanliness is the number one rule in the fast food industry and I feel like Freddy's is not doing a very good job. The men's bathroom door around the push pad to open is black from dirt. Really makes me question their cleaning policies. How can a store manager or even an area supervisor or owner look at this and not find this unsatisfactory? Because if they can't scrub the dirt off the door with a little degreaser and some some rubbing then they should paint the thing because it looks disgusting and that's why I've attached the picture so you can see what I'm talking about. This is a big reason why Freddy's is not my first choice. When I'm hungry and wanting food. I mean they can correct the cleanliness in the restaurant. Instead of answering my question, he snapped back telling me to "stop yelling" at him, even though I never raised my voice at all. Not only was the response unprofessional, but it also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. All I wanted was a clear answer to a simple question. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service was very disappointing. If management reads this, I hope they take the time to train their staff on how to communicate respectfully with customers. A little professionalism goes a long way, especially when people are just stopping in for a quick drink and snack.
