Because what I've noticed is CVS nationwide have on average a 8% increase in pricing over everywhere else. I believe the reason is because of not buying in bulk. I don't think I'm leaking any secrets here as that's just what I've observed. Most of the shelves were stocked but the products in the fridge and freezer where sparse as if no one restocked them in ages. One thing I have noticed is CVS gets in interesting holiday supplies like Danish cookies for Xmas. I never seen these cookies anywhere else so that is worth remembering. As for the pharmacy they're ok I suppose. They're relatively quick to fill orders yet sometimes they get backed up and their "manners" are questionable. I won't hold that against them though as it's a tough job, I just figured I'd point it out. CVS is a place where many of us get our medications filled and as far as that aspect, they're about average speed, maybe a smidge under but with a nice staff. Inside the store portion of the freestanding unit, prices aren't competitive and I would pass on anything that needs refrigeration. As for me since the pharmacy is right around the corner, I find them capable of fulfilling my order so I'll be back.

We had some issues with picking up but weren't getting upset over it, they asked us to wait and we kindly sat down but the pharmacist helping us was extremely extremely rude, impolite, impatient, and got visibly and physically angry slamming things down on the table. It's the one with colored hair and she's old and white. She's very rude, if you see here you're better off just walking away and finding another pharmacy to get your prescription filled at. The gentleman who took over talking with us when the lady ultimately walked away upset, we asked to speak to him farther away so she wouldn't hear us and he refused to talk somewhere else. The employees are consistently friendly and knowledgeable, and many of them have worked at this store for several years. I especially love how passionate the makeup gals are about their products. They are absolutely willing to do everything they can to help their customers, including matching your skin color to help find the perfect shade of foundation. Sure it feels a little awkward to sit in a makeup chair at Walgreens but it's totally worth it. I also really like the health clinic at this Walgreens store. It's easy to make an appointment online, and the woman I've seen by over the past year is THE BEST. She's super sweet, and she really knows her stuff. I highly recommend paying her a visit the next time you have the sniffles. So happy to have this store close to my house. I always have a great experience when I pop in!

The ONLY reason we keep our scripts here is because they are the closest 24-7 pharmacy near us and sometimes we have crazy hours and need to be able to pick up our prescriptions at all times. Most everything was very picked over. The most disturbing part was when we checked out. There were no cashiers, so we did self check.
