My sister and I stopped specifically because we needed to use the restroom. There were only two stalls. One toilet was completely clogged and unusable. The handicap-accessible stall was technically usable, but there was an unidentified liquid and brown substance all around the toilet and on the floor. The smell and condition of the bathroom were so awful that my sister kept gagging and ultimately could not even use the restroom because she was so disgusted. I understand that public restrooms can get messy, especially at busy gas stations, but this was far beyond a bathroom simply needing to be tidied up. It was extremely unsanitary and genuinely concerning from a health and cleanliness standpoint. At minimum, the clogged toilet should have been marked out of order and the other stall should have been properly cleaned and sanitized. For a location that serves so many travelers, the condition of this restroom was completely unacceptable.
