I came here for an oil change. The sign said it would open at 7:30 AM. I was waiting inside the car for 30 minutes. When they finished changing the oil for my car, they did not even notify me. I was kept waiting for my car to be done. By 8:30 AM, I asked the cashier lady about the status of my car's oil change. She said they had finished my car a long time ago. I asked her how come they did not notify me by phone. She said maybe I had given them the wrong number. Excuse me, they have my number correct; that was how they were able to pull up my record. This Walmart location continues to go downhill. Second time I've been here in about 6 years and it continues to get worse. Everything is dirty, unmarked prices in the produce area and all of the employees are rude. This time I went to the bakery to try and order a cake. Both bakers were SO rude to me. I asked them a simple question, if they can draw 2 rings underneath the names on the cake I need. They looked at me as if I was from another planet. Then she finally understood what I was trying to say and just said "no we dont do custom cakes"......... I asked her "so you literally cannot draw 2 circles underneath the names??? And she said no. I still went through with ordering the cake atm. I went to a different Walmart location, gave Luis my request and he agreed with a smile on his face. I came here to buy stuff that ultimately made me gain a lot of weight. Perhaps it should be called Whalemart. I browsed every corner of the store. Not just part of it, I perused the Wholemart. It's so big I could have died in here, that's how long it took. Next time I'll write a Willmart. While the parking is a total nightmare and a lot of the people using the store are not much better, I have to say that I was surprised by the excellent amount of stock that is within this Walmart. It's so much better than a lot of the Walmarts around here. There are some very nice ppl who work there. And there are some very rude ppl who work there like Stephanie. The ones who are nice work up front and at the business center. Strevian is nice too. Security is very good. Lawrence in electronics is very knowable and nice. The woman who do shopping for curbside are rude and will run into you for no reason but meanness. Employees need to stop smoking by the entrance doors where customers have to pass to get inside Walmart. They're very rude about it too, especially Steph. She should be fired. Why do we all shop Amazon and have things delivered. Failure. Failure of design. Failure of leadership. Failure of training. Checkout is designed to cause frustration, anger, and resentment among customers. One entrance to both self checkout and cashiers had people becoming angry to the point of violence as they thought people were skipping the line to self checkout while others waited for cashiers. This is not a design flaw. This is to get people angry so they stop shopping in person and online to compete with Amazon with less overhead. As someone coming from Georgia this store was heaven sent. People will complain about Walmart all day long but continue to go there no matter how bad it is or seems. This location is a bit different. For one thing it is humongous. One of the biggest I have ever visited. I was greeted immediately soon as I entered the store. What drew my attention first? The pickup machine for online orders. They have a huge kiosk that has your order packaged and ready to be dispensed to you so that you don't have to wait in a long line for it to be found. There was a greeter in the front who explained the whole process. He was very friendly. Next thing I noticed was that there weren't a spec of trash on the floor. Nothing. The shelves were fully stocked--no empty spaces. End caps and Middle stations were neatly put together and fully stocked. Nothing was out of place. Clothes were not thrown all over the place either. In the produce section they had a huge display of pumpkins that reminiscent of being on a farm with hay and accessories. I thought that was cute. It was a very pleasant experience and the employees were helpful and courteous. What more can you ask for. Oh one other thing. This is the only Walmart I have ever seen with at least 8 motorized handicap carts available. Hand claps to you all for that. read more

He tells me there are 100 managers that don't have time to talk to me about why the outdoor department is closed. I prefer this, as I like to pick up items I forgot to order and/or look around. I absolutely love Ms Cherries a cashier, Warren, the cart guy and there are several other employees that I see on a weekly basis that know me by face and are happy to see me and greet me warmly like a dear friend. Now, let's get to the reason I rated my local store so low. I visit this store because it is conveniently located in my neighborhood but I get so frustrated because they do not keep staple items stocked. It's frustrating to have to leave Walmart and go to another store because they are out of basic items. I took photos over the past month to show proof of exactly what I mean. Margarine, vinegar, salt among other items. Another thing that really annoys me if when I buy an item then I go back for it and they no longer carry it. This has happened to me numerous times. The latest time it was the breakfast egg and sausage pizzas. My daughter loves them for breakfast before school. I bought them a couple of times and now I can't find them anywhere. It's like whoever is buying for the store stops purchasing items that I purchase regularly. Lol. Of course I know it's not personal, just a bad luck on my part. Ordered some engine oil on line. Said it woukd be ready for sane day pick up. Paid, then got an email Telling me that it would be ready at 6 PM the following day. total bait and switch after you pay. then when you get there there are no signs you have to ask people how you check out and once you park and call the number on the fifth or sixth time maybe you'll actually get something other than a voice message telling you the mailbox is full. So When you finally get an answer be prepared to wait another 5 to 10 minutes minimum The poor workers are moving back and forth as quickly as they can with carts full of stuff far less efficient than Best Buy. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because of the poor employees that are overworked trying to get the stuff out to people.
