The store was clean with many open registers, the location had good parking and was easy to find. This store was closer to Franklin WV

Rude employs they must be underpayed. People follow you around like you are a thief it easy to see they are some type of security, it is like a hostile environment. read more

I had finally found some Pokémon cards at my store. After looking forever I was looking for both of my nephews, and I found equal amounts for both. When I was going to pay, I scanned all of my items set them into the bag and as I put in my card and associate appears out of nowhere behind me and rips my card out of the machine. I was completely appalled by this behavior. It was disgusting. It was rude and honestly, I'm very surprised that I had that experience even with Walmart's horrible reputation the customer service in the training needs to be completed with these associates. It is awful going in there and asking for help and nobody knows what they're doing or nobody cares enough. I was then told to go to the customer service desk and they can figure out what to do with it? I go up and I explained the situation and instead of rectifying and letting me purchase those items they confiscate them, and I can only get one of each which defeated the purpose cause now only one nephew will have something and the other will have nothing. I'm just disappointed in all retail customer service here lately, but today took it to another level. read more

We tried to go down a aisle in the women's department when we came across a senior employee "of 15 years" we said excuse me and she threw her handheld device down and moved out of the way. She moved and didn't say a single word. We walked by and and was so taken back by the whole situation we left our cart full of items and left the store. From now on we will be doing all of our shopping online and with your competition. We would rather pay twice as much and not be treated with disrespect than to ever shop here again!! read more

EVERYTIME I do a mobile pick up I have to wait almost a hour to get my items. After multiple calls it seems like the wait time increases. Pretty ridiculous when it says my order is ready and I end up getting here and waiting. read more

We went into Walmart this evening to purchase a few things. We had to wait for assistance at every turn. At the fabric counter, we waited with another customer who was waiting for fabric to be cut. We asked multiple associates for help when finally Keiyeer came and helped. After a few attempts, he regretfully couldn't figure out how to work the ticket machine for pricing after fabric was cut. He couldn't find anyone who knew how to help either. The other purchase was an Apple watch. After waiting at Electronics for over 10 minutes for an associate to assist, I went to the front to Customer Service where I met the nicest lady (Susan). She helped me with my problem because both CSR were helping another customer. While Susan and I were standing waiting for a break in the action to get assistance, Lucinda was questioned by an associate from self check out who was getting spoke to harshly about store hours being posted. Lucinda made a smart remark back to her and used foul language about the customer. During all this, I get a call from my mom who was waiting at the Electronics counter to tell me that someone finally came. The price we found on Walmart.com was $329. The price in store that we were charged was $399. After the receipt was handed to us we saw the price was incorrect. Keiyeer was also our associate at the Electronics and he said that we would have to go to Customer Service to get it fixed. We stop shopping to go take care of it at customer service when we were faced with Lucinda again. She tried to argue with me that unless it was 'sold and shipped' from walmart they couldn't do anything. I tried to show her it was but she just kept saying 'you can return it tomorrow'. I write this to tell you that tonight's experience was one that I won't take lightly. We were VERY happy with our service from Susan and Keiyeer. Apparently they are the only two who attended any type of customer training. Both were wonderful! Lucinda on the other hand... Management needs to have a chat with her about poor management skills, arguing with the customer when I was clearly showing to her that what she said we needed to have the price adjusted was RIGHT ON MY PHONE SCREEN. She may have been having a bad day... But the next time, she needs to just stay home. She made not only our trip but other patrons experience horrible and made whoever decided to give her any power look like an idiot. Do better Walmart... This is why we drive to Harrisonburg and go to Target. We have NEVER been treated this way there! read more

Tried calling this store 3times letting the phone ring for 15mins each time. NO one answered, why have a service desk???? If they are busy they could pick up the phone and say Be With You Shortly. This is the only store that has the item I'm looking for , and I have to drive about 25miles. Don't want to make a trip if you are out of item. This Walmart is amazing. They were so welcoming and helpful throughout my shopping process. Big shout out to my guy Tommy for helping us out. I think he deserves a promotion and should oversee Walmart as an entire company. Man he's a good associate. This store is way under staffed. No registers open. Shelves empty. Poor management is my opinion. At least most of the workers are friendly and make the best of their poor situation. Wouldnt recommend shopping here if your life depended on it. Probably couldnt find a register open anyway!!! read more
