When I walked in here I entered an active remodel zone. I almost bypassed the restrooms as there was no signage. I crept back into the small hallway to see if the restrooms were still back there, they were. Just wasn't sure if they were open or under remodel as well. With that out of the way, I figured I could do a once around the store and see if I could snag a deal. Spoiler alert, there were no deals to snag. Like the front of the store, the whole area is an active remodel zone. Walls partially painted, fitting rooms sectioned off, no clearance sections by my account. Cassandra answered, but then put someone else on the line to tell me that she sold the piece! No phone call to tell me not to come. No email. No apology! However, that Cassandra wouldn't discuss the situation on the phone, or respond to my emails afterwards, has led me to override my own policy.

Didn't even come close to the style or length. It's as if she did the exact opposite of everything we discussed. Was she just not listening?
