He really is the master of shoes. Customer service is excellent & the employees only learn from the best since Dana has owned & operated several boot stores in his lifetime. All staff and customers were very friendly and were practicing safe COVID recommendations. The clerk who assisted me took the time to listen to what I was looking for and provided several styles and sizes for me to try on. She personally looked at the fit of each style and offered advice. I purchased a pair of TOPO's. I've never had a pair of new shoes that I didn't have to gingerly break in but I walked 2 miles this morning in total comfort. I will definitely be a return customer.
