There have been multiple times where I have witnessed her just be very snarky towards customers and her employees, the employees are great! I am very satisfied with the Employees customer service skills and attentiveness to their work, aside from that they need to get rid of Megan she is doing nothing but dragging the place down.

Ordered 2 beef sliders adding mayo, jalapeno, shredded lettuce, but there was hardly any mayo (could barely see it) on the bread, and only one dime-size jalapeno in each slider. Is this Sheetz's management so stingy that they are unable to put more than one small slice of jalapenos on a slider and put less mayo on the bread then what would normally be found in one packet of mayo? And, it wasn't like there were tomatoes or any other condiments requested so there was definitely room without overstuffing the slider. Don't understand why they have gone down in quality. very disappointed!

Expect hard to find southern hospitality in Northern Virginia. Friendly workers so if you are offended by being called "darlin" this may not be the place for you. The store has a good amount of items for the size but it is pretty narrow aisles and some junky things. Bathrooms are on the outside and can be pretty dirty at times. It'll continue to be a weekly stop for me on my way to WV.

At 1 pm he knocks on my truck, wakes me up, and tells me it's paid parking. I tell him there are no signs saying that. He says there is one in the store. I say I got here before they were open. I say that I'll just leave and go down to another truck stop. He says that I have to pay because I've taken advantage of the parking all morning. I say that I'm getting dressed. He asks, "what does that mean?" After some awkward back and forth I say I'm not paying and he can call the police out there. He says that he going to have to ask me to leave right that second. I say ok. I'm talking to this guy in my boxer shorts. So I go in the back and I'm getting dressed. He knocks on my truck again. Asks me what I'm doing. I come back to the window and say I'm getting dressed. He said "I'm going to have to ask you to leave right now, right this second." I said that I'm getting dressed and had to pull my curtains back. He said well I'm going to have to ask you to leave right now. So I ignore him and go back to getting dressed. After that I pull the curtains back and he's not there. I see him walking back out with another employee. I'm sitting in the drivers seat turning on my log computer so I can put myself in Personal Conveyance. He knocks. I say I'm logging into my computer. He says right now. I say wait. He says right this second. I say wait till it boots up. He's over talking me. He knocks on my truck 20 times because I have the window rolled up trying to ignore him. He knocking. Waving. Standing next to my steps. Knocking. Knocking. I roll down my window. I tell him it's booting up. He says right now. Right this second. To over talk him I have to scream at him. Were yelling and over talking one another. Finally I tell him to shut up. He knocks constantly on my truck over and over some more. Says now. Says he doesn't care what I'm doing. He said right this second some more. Basically it was harassment and he tried to get me out the truck and start a fight. Never have I ran across a man looking for a fight or argument. Constantly knocking on the truck. Pushy. Mean. Jerk. Saying over and over and over right now. Right this second.

I gave my friend my card to get the drinks, she came back asking for my pin and then when she went inside, all of a sudden they said we needed cash but my card worked. We didn't have any cash so we just left but then we realized my friend left her id. We turn around and as soon as she walks in, the old lady working at night with the BLUE TRUCK yells at her and tells her "it's too late for yall now". She just explained that she left her id and then the lady accused her of lying, saying she didn't. When it was right in front of her on the counter. My friend had pointed it out and apologized, the lady said nothing.. she was very rude and should not be working this kind of job. She does not know how to handle customers even though my friend was very polite and understanding. Please fire her. All we wanted was some drinks and we were on vacation. There was no reason for her to act like that...

I frequent this business often although I don't go in the store during these times. I do purchase…read moregas and use the drive up of the DD. Many times I will park and drink my coffee in their parking lot so I have had plenty of opportunity to observe. I will tell you that this station is extremely diligent about its appearance. They walk the lot daily picking up trash or butts left by their customers. They empty the trash barrels before the point of overflowing. They have a person come in frequently to wipe down the pumps with some kind of cleaning product. They are doing what all businesses should be doing. THANK YOU!!!
