Our car indicated it had a battery issue. Called them because I wasn't having any luck calling any place else. Spoke to Van. We got there and he checked our battery and alternator. Our alternator was bad. Car wouldn't hold a charge, so he said car wasn't safe to drive. We ordered the alternator and he suggested a shop to tow it too. He stayed with us after the store closed to make sure we were safe. He stayed with us as the car was hooked up to the tow truck. And he made sure the shop got the part. When we took the old part back for the $40 refund, they knew who we were just by me saying I bought a new one Friday night. A car breaking down is never fun, but Van went above and beyond helping us and we are very grateful. We were very lucky how things turned out. The shop he suggested was awesome too. A holiday weekend is the worst time to have car issues, but it all worked out.

I have just heard so many stories where jewelers ruined these precious pieces, and I couldn't bear for something like that to happen to the ring and bracelet that has been passed down in my family for generations! Unfortunately, the bracelet's link wore down and snapped. A few of my friends recommended me to go to Nicolles Jewelry Designs to have it repaired. I was very nervous to give my heirloom to anyone, but I decided to trust my friends, and boy am I glad I did! Within a few days time, my bracelet looked new, which is amazing considering the bracelet is so old! I was stunned at the quality of their work. I was not able to tell that it broke in the first place! After this, I made the decision to let them fix up my ring as well. It was starting to be a bit tight on my finger and a couple of diamonds were missing. Even though I was still a bit nervous, they definitely did not disappoint me! The ring looked better than ever! All the scratches on the ring were completely gone! Not a trace of the scratches remained and the ring fit perfectly on me! The ring was actually sparkling! I never knew diamonds could be so beautiful! They taught me how to clean my ring so that it would stay sparkly and shiny. My mother was stunned when she saw the pieces. She said she never thought that the ring and the bracelet could look so wonderful! I have been going to Nick and Inna for several years now. I have bought a couple pieces from them as well! I have received so many compliments about them and I hope that one day they will become family heirlooms as well! I rarely take the earring that I bought from here off, yet they are in near perfect condition! Nicolles Jewelry Designs definitely does not settle for anything less than top quality. This was obviously upsetting to even need to bring up, but my fiance did so very respectfully and graciously and we were met with hostility and defensiveness from Jean herself. I was appalled at the rudeness in The tone of her voice. My fiance and I have never had to get a ring resized before, we are new to this. Jean went on a rant to us about how she's been doing this "for forty years" and I just stood there wondering how she's gotten away with such awful customer service for that long. Jean did agree to take the ring back and fix the prongs and buff the band, although she denied that they were the ones that messed them up. After this encounter I learned that my fiancé and I are not the only ones who have had this kind of experience at Jeans Jewelers. TWO other couples I know have had similar experiences. One of them simply asked a worker at Jeans if they could copy down their diamond number for security reasons, and Jean rudely intervened and told them that if they thought their diamond was going to get stolen then they shouldn't hand it over. Good way to comfort Your clients! And my other friends had a bracelet resized and when it came back wrong and they brought it back, Jean was not happy to satisfy their needs. Look, I get that she has Been in the business for a long time, but that is no excuse for being hostile toward your customers. I will never recommend Jeans Jewelers to anyone. And I highly suggest you steer clear if you want a pain free process for your jewelry needs!
