Worst customer Service experience in my 55 years of life.... My 30+ years of experience and management one thing I've learned is when your employees are bad it's usually because of the manager. this Walmart has the worst employe experience I've ever seen. I've visited many Walmarts in my life. in fact at one time I was a Walmart manager... and I would have never allowed what happening here. read more

Cannot believe how terrible this store has gotten. Service is practically nonexistent. The workers are either standing around talking to each other or playing on their phone. The shelves don't get restocked often. I would rather pay a little more and shop at Kroger or Meijer from now on! And the service area lady needs to be a lot more understanding. The ink in the registers are pathetic. How can I return something if I cannot read the receipts to bring the right on back. Oh...this way you cannot return anything. read more

poor customer service try to buy jeans wouldn't sell them to us. Worker lady was rude about it.

Dec 21st. I picked out a silver chain in the jewelry department but no one was tending that are. I was told the person who handles that department was around the corner, but no luck. I went about the store to get some other things and came back and still no one there and I was told by a stocker that all personnel were pulled to OPG and maybe I should come back in an hour. I asked one of the cashiers how to get some help and she kindly paged someone to the area, and no one came. I wasn't going to browse when they got there, I knew what I wanted and it just needed to be unlocked and rung up. I assume there is not a ton of business in jewelry but it was right before Christmas and no one seemed to care if I was waited on. read more

I have such a love/hate relationship with Walmart. On the one hand, I can get everything I need for a reasonable price. On the other hand, I have to deal with employees who verge on rude, a huge store that is often disorganized and dirty, and parking lot is that is so dangerous I feel like I'm taking my life in my hands. This Walmart is convenient, and I love that it shares a marking lot with Lowe's, but Lowe's also creates more traffic at the light. The one thing I can say about this Walmart is that it is better than the one in Southport, which is just awful. read more

we were trying to pick out things for our new house. and we get back to the home side and some lady started yelling at us that we needed to leave and that the store was close. we all have very good hearing and the rude lady was telling us that the store closes at 11 but there was no announcement that they were closing. the lady wouldn't even let us do the self checkout. it was only 11:11. read more

I came in for a leather repair kit, repair. Checked auto and the fabrics section, nothing. Found an employee near the home decor area for assistance. She walked me to the shoe section for a leather care kit. Said nope, repair. She she asked another employee for help and she says something along the lines of "The hell if. I know, Walmart.com?" And walks away. It's times like this I wish my sister Al'beeta Bishdown was with me. read more

This is one of the more pleasant Walmarts to shop at. Can that even be possible? Hehe. I used to go to this one exclusively until they built one a little closer to my house - on Emerson and County Line road in Greenwood. I would actually drive out of my way to go to this one because the one on US 31 in Indianapolis is extremely icky on many levels. I still go to the Walmart in Franklin if I'm close to it because it's located near my mom's house. I even worked at this Walmart for about four months (years ago) in the garden department. But,....alas, that's a whole other story. :-) As always, the prices are very competitive and this Walmart never seems to be really busy so that's another plus. All in all, it's a Walmart, so I guess I will always have a love/hate relationship with the place one way or another. read more

Ordered tires Monday one if which was for a FLAT TIRE so im driving on the spare and she knew that. Got a text message Tuesday that my tires were in. Great news (I only ordered 2.. one for the flat and one for a back tire that had a slow leak). Except it wasn't great news. My tires were NOT in and they have no idea why I got that text. So I wait. No call Tuesday after the truck delivers. No call Wednesday after the truck delivered. So I call Thursday BEFORE the truck delivers and guess what ?? My tires are there. So they GOT THERE Wednesday and I could have had them on Wednesday evening. Now it's noon on Thursday and I ask how long it will take because I have to pick my daughter up from school. 7 people ahead of me. Had they told me on Wednesday when the tires ARRIVED I could have been there today when they opened and gotten done quickly. Now I have to wait until my husband gets off work.. drop the car off and leave it over night so I'm FIRST in the morning. And pray they get it done quickly tomorrow so I can have it back by the time she gets out of school. All they had to do was call me when the tires came in on Wednesday like they said they would. Now we're have extra trips to town (we're live out in the country 15 miles away) and a borrowed car for tomorrow and running back and forth to get cars where they need to go. All could have been avoided if they called me yesterday and told me the tires were in..I would have been there this morning when they opened and done by noon. That's so rude and unacceptable. And the woman who works there already knew I was mad when I called Tuesday top confirm the text was right and found out it was NOT right and my tires weren't there yet. I asked her SEVERAL times to call me IMMEDIATELY when they came in so I could make plans to get them on. I had to call today MYSELF and find out they were there and because the truck hasn't delivered yet today they have been there since YESTERDAY. Never ever will I buy tires from them again. And if I could find someone else to install them I would do so right now. UPDATE... these folks and especially ANGEL are just a bunch of liars. I found a tire place that would fix it right away if I brought the tires because the size is odd and I had to order them from Walmart (obviously) so I went in to Walmart to pick them up. They were so rude the girl made it obvious she didn't even want to deal with me and when I asked her to make damn sure the $70 rebate ANGEL had promised me the Michelin folks were offering was good and get me the paperwork she totally lost it and acted like I was really asking too much. Come to find out that the rebate, which I asked angel about 3 times on Monday when she ordered the tires "the IRS no special rule like I have to buy 4 or anything right? "And angel said no nope we are all good... well angel is a LIAR because the rebate only counts if you buy 4 tires. So I told them that extra tire she ordered in case the leaky tire couldn't be plugged could go right back to where it came from I only needed the replacement for the flat and wasn't giving them another DIME for the second tire. She of course got angry because she had to void out a tire and heaven forbid she do any work. And then I find out that angel is like the assistance manager and should have known the rebate wouldn't apply to the tires I ordered !!!! So she purposefully lied thinking I needed the tires so I would buy them and then get screwed on the rebate later when I sent it in. Wow. CUSTOMER SERVICE NONEXISTANT..... DON'T go to Walmart for tires folks.. at least not the one in Franklin Indiana. You will probably get screwed... you will definitely not get the whole truth and they really really really don't want to wait on people or fo any extra work. WALMART TIRE IN FRANKLIN INDIANA YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. ANGEL... YOU SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR GIVE PEOPLE PRICES ANYMORE. read more

terrible service on phone call was on hold multiple times for 30 minutes. and very rude

I had some money wired to my through the Walmart money wiring service yesterday. When I arrived to the money center, the line was backed up five deep. Understandable, businesses get busy, it happens. What I couldn't understand was why only one person was working behind the desk. It wasn't due to being short staffed, as I noticed that several employees stood around talking with each other right in front of customer service. After about 10 minutes, an employee did finally show up to help move the lines along. Everything after that went as expected, and had it not been for the initial wait, I would have left satisfied. The two employees working behind the counter stayed cheerful and worked quickly. This took place between 1:30-2:30pm 6/1. read more

I ordered a 6' sub from the Franklin Walmart Deli. They cut it and put it on two trays with condiments on the side - lettuce, onions, tomatoes, mustard and mayo. The subs looked nice, tasted great, and they were filled with meat. There was a lot more meat on them than I've seen in subs from sub specialty shops, and the price was much less. One of the supermarket priced a 6' for almost twice the $38 I paid at Walmart. I ordered from Dawn, and she was very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Everyone was happy with the sub, and I was happy with the service. Thanks! read more
