First bad experience they didn't have enough of a medication to fill my whole order and gave me 10 pills with the assurance that I would get a call when the rest was available. Over a week later I called them and they told me that the script had been filled but then thrown out as it wasn't picked up. I reminded them that they said they would call me and the pharmacist told me they don't call customers. That exact moment another person working there was on a headset and said into it " hello Mr _______. This is Walgreens calling you to let you know your prescription is ready" Like...right in front of me while the other guy is saying they don't call people. Then...another script, i called numerous times and they said there was something about the insurance and they would look into it and call me back. 2 days later I again called THEM and they lied to me saying someone called and left a message saying the insurance required mail order and they can't/won't help me further. No calls and no messages no voicemails came to my phone from them so that wasn't true. So...I called my insurance. They said they don't require mail order and told me they would look into local preferred pharmacies they use and guess who they came up with first!? This very walgreens. When i told them that walgreens told me you told them they can't fill this script the agent said there is no way that is true as thier clients use that pharmacy often and there was nothing about mine that would make anyone tell them it had to be mail ordered. So they lied about calling and lied about why they wouldn't fill the script. So they lied numerous times to me, refuse to be helpful and have lost my business and anyone else I can tell about it. These are important mental health drugs that i need and have now gone 2 weeks without because of them givung me the runaround and lying. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

I asked him his name because I wanted to make sure I had it when I report him to the State Board of Pharmacy and to CVS corporate. As a response he took the insulin away from me that was for my son, who had run out of supply today. He said he wasn't CVS and didn't have to give me the insulin and forced me to apologize. I will never patronize the CityWayCVS again and if I can help it, any CVS which is hard due to their monopoly on the market. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

This is the only drug store in a twenty mile radius so they have a monopoly. The store is always…read morepacked to the gills with seasonal items as well as the usual assortment of CVS goods. It is the only place to buy greeting cards, gift wrap and personal care products. Service varies from very helpful to occasionally cantankerous. We stopped by to print some photos and pick up cards. A clerk helped us with the photos which take only a few seconds to print. They carry a reasonable supply of alcohol including a few higher end bourbons and liquors. They have great clearance sales end of season and holidays. I always manage to pick up some fun trinkets at the end of summer. It is also the only place I noticed that has toys if you want to spoil the grandchildren. The selection is far from upscale but they do have bubbles and that's all you need on a hot summer day to put a smile on their face. Getting here is easy in and out. There is a drive through pharmacy that I have not used. They are located about 3 miles off 65.

He is targeting me because I recently dated his wife while they were "on a break" that she evidently didn't inform either of us of at the time, and since I've started using CVS, he's deleted my prescriptions, has lied to my doctors office and is rude everytime I call. I know not everyone will have this problem, and that he feels he has a "reason" to be prejudiced against me, but again, he's too immature to be in the position he's in. To use your position to postpone peoples medicine where their health is concerned is not only petty but dangerous. As an aside, I've never had any issue or problem with the other employees, they've always been wonderful, super professional, and polite and the store clean and efficient.

This place…read moreis usually super busy, I have never waited less than a couple people in front of me, but the pharmacists and techs could not be more patient or helpful. Typically at less one person in front of me is in a rush or has an issue with something or frankly an attitude with the techs. Every time I have come, they have acted with patience and kindness and took all the time needed to make sure people understand the issues they may be having or the delay in their medications. And they always apologize to me if there has been a delay in my wait yime. Could not have better things to say about this location!

I wasn't a fan when it was first announced that Walmart was going in at one of -- if not THE --…read morebusiest intersection on this side of town, but here I am a regular shopper. Our family is a big fan of the pickup option for groceries - prices are good here on almost everything and the team here is really good about our order being correct. We very, very rarely have a problem with getting the wrong item or charged for something we didn't receive. Pickup speed varies day to day, but generally pretty quick. Inside the store things are packed tight - one stipulation of building here was that the store is a smaller layout than many others, but there's a lot packed into such a small space. It's easy to navigate for the most part though, and kept clean and organized every time I stop in. This store has grown on me, and is certainly one of the better Walmarts I've been in!

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to, it used to be really great now every time I go I…read morewait in line for at least 20 to 30 minutes, even if there are no cars in front of me the last time I went, I sat at the window for 30 minutes I rang the bell I called nobody answered, and then they closed on lunch for me even though I sat there 30 minutes prior to their lunchtime. When I asked the employee about it, they've then rudely responded that I was now interrupting their lunch and should've gotten here earlier. When I sat a whole half hour prior to them closing for lunch. Numerous cars got out of line because it took so long some even went inside and their prescription was filled inside at the counter, but not at the drive-through.

They then will have a teenage girl basically infer that you're a druggy even though you have been taking this medicine longer than she has been alive.
