Anyway the 1st one came in and it wouldn't recline, wouldn't lean back and sat crooked. I called the store and the very first words out of their mouth was if I return it, it will be a 25% restocking fee. I said on a damaged chair? Finally he said he would send out service to look at it, sure enough the whole metal frame under the chair was bent. They were going to send me a new frame. I don't pay that sort of money and the chair comes damaged. So I took it back. They so far have kept my deposit since they still are claiming a 25% restocking fee. So when the second matching chair came in which I tried to cancel but they said was already on it's way to their warehouse, I refused it, but they still are keeping my 25% restocking fee. I disputed the charges on my credit card but they are still claiming the 25% restocking fee. So I lost $700.00 due to the damaged chair and their customer service. So I agree with several people on here 'Unless you want a huge headache do not purchase from Godby' because they are pleasant when you go in but better not have any complaints with them. No doubt they fixed the broken chair and sent it to their outlet store and also the matching chair I didn't accept, so they made a lot more money on it than normal, but 700 was mine.

Most booths have many different items and collectibles. You just never know what you'll find while browsing here. The isleways are large enough to get through and the booths are clean and well organized. Most items are clearly priced and priced well. I have purchased so many good quality items from Room Swap (including the Avon Store) and most at a great price. If you're in the area be sure to stop and browse. The selection changes daily so it's fun to see new items often.

It appears this is something they do if you need a specific piece or color. She also will keep an eye out for individual items you are searching for. The woman, the owner?, was very friendly but I didn't get a chance to ask many questions. Just basically what I was looking for that day but she didn't have anything similar. That said, they ended up charging me full price. I didn't balk, because I liked the set and needed it on my time. Delivery was scheduled for today. I got the sofa but no love seat. I talked to 3 different people with no resolution and a promise of a call before closing. Never got a call. Plus, the delivery team damaged my door while bringing the sofa into the house. So now I've paid for something I didn't get at a price higher than what was promised and incurred damage to my newly remodeled house. And it's crickets. Never again.

I thought I had ordered a 3 piece bedroom set, which included bed, dresser, and nightstand. Upon delivery the nightstand was missing. In customer service I kept getting the run around - not in the paperwork - when right on the website it specifically says when you order this set a nightstand is included IN THE PAPERWORK. I never received a paper receipt, the manager said it would be emailed, I never got the email. I was never shown an itemized list, he said it would be emailed, I never got the email. Turns out I did not order the "set" only a bed and dresser separately, no nightstand. The salesman claims I said I didn't want the nightstand so he wrote everything up separately. The only thing I ever stated I did not want was the mirror. Based on the showroom floor and the website I assumed I was ordering the set which INCLUDED the nightstand. This could have been cleared up if I had actually been walked through the order AT THE STORE. When writing up the order the salesman forgot to include the mattress, then the railings, etc. Then he wrote everything up separately, total screw up. Total mass confusion and I in good conscience cannot recommend this store. Steer clear. Should be negative stars!

Clothing, jewelry, electronics, music, tools, books, furniture, small and large appliances, comic books, comic book characters, magazines, toys, wigs, nail polish, and home decor to start with.
