worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. the technicians are unhelpful and won't do anything…read moreto help you out. there was an issue with my prescription that I was told needed to be verified. so instead of calling my doctors office, they sent a fax. then told me at 11am on Thursday that they wouldn't be filling it til Monday for an antibiotic that needed to be started ASAP. so they told me that I needed to call my doctor because they had done everything that they needed to do. no offer of a few tabs to get me started until the issue could be resolved and no offer to call the doctor themselves. it was my problem and I needed to be the one that fixed it. even though I was sick. horrible customer service. the technicians at Whiteland CVS are nasty and hateful.

On arrival I was told there are no pharmacists available on wednesdays and sundays. I went a day without narcotic pain medicine and was in a terrible state but there was nothing I could do since it was a narcotic it could not be transferred. The next day I went back and was told there was still no pharmacist on duty and they weren't sure when a pharmacist would be. my doctor understood the situation and I did get my pain relievers elsewhere. In short don't sent your scripts here as of July 2022. There's no accurate way of knowing when a pharmacist will be on duty to fill them

I was fearful of these crazy lines I keep hearing about, so I was anxious and prepared to sit in my car for awhile. However, the drive thru was empty and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. The nurse practitioner did a great job walking me thru all the steps to properly sandpaper the inside of my sinuses and safety submit my sample. The test was free, easy to set an appointment online for, and I woke on the 3rd morning after to my negative test results. If I need a Covid test again or Minute Clinic, I would return.

However, it has now been over a month and a half, and the package has neither been picked up nor located by staff. This was not a small item--it was a large package valued at over $400--making its disappearance even more concerning. What is equally disappointing is the level of customer service I encountered. When I called for assistance, the response was dismissive and unprofessional from the start. There appeared to be little to no effort made to locate the package, followed by a quick claim that it was not there. Losing a customer's package is a serious issue, but the lack of accountability and basic courtesy only made the situation worse. This experience reflects extremely poor organization and customer service. I strongly recommend improvements in both package handling procedures and staff professionalism.

She was being kept behind the counter safe and sound except when he arrived it turns out the manager working, Nick, took it upon himself to put her outside since according to him "the store policy prevents animals from entering" among the 20 different things wrong with this starting off with have some fucking compassion, and ending with the fact that nick went behind the other employees back and left my cat to fend for herself outside without any of us knowing. I googled the CVS pet policy and turns out it doesn't even have one, it varies by manager. So to Nick and the elderly lady who took an attitude with me when I asked what happened to my pet, until she's found I hope you both get what u deserve (fired :)

We never have had any other takes associate do this to us, we ALWAYS pay for everything in our carts and never been flagged before. Sam's Club installed that tower as you walk out the door. Several other people that were not white were let through but they stopped my grandmother. The Muslim lady working the door was not only hateful but she picked out of everyone's with way fuller carts us. Discrimination? I think so. She scanned about 5 of our items when we only had a small total and like I said again she let many others that were not white women through with significantly more items that there's no way the scanner tower could've caught everything. Seriously consoling canceling my membership, and everyone else's including our business memberships. This store is becoming a wack show. Employees shouldn't target one person or should be scanning everyone else's the same. Even if they're the same ethnicity of the personal at the door not the ethnicity that is different. ALSO you cannot get ahold of a manger at the store which is incredibly hilarious. So memberships will be canceled.
