The bakery here is a joke.. I ordered a cake for my sisters Baby shower (a week in advance) and the cake they tried to give us looked like a child decorated. Someone should have called and said we can not draw out a onesie or nicely write "Welcome baby girl". Who over decorated the cake should be ashamed of themselves. But other than that I like this Walmart better than Burleson or Fort Worth off Mccart locations. read more

If only I could rate Walmart Supercenter with zero stars. Rude cashiers and helpless staff were the cherry on top of our very frustrating Walmart experience. After a blatant refusal to Ad Match several of their generic items, after returning several items ourselves. We returned to the register to the sight of customers ahead of us in line having their generic items Ad Matched. finally we were checked out and our cashier had the audacity to give us a speech about knowing Walmart's "inability" to Ad Match their generic items and snidly told us to bring the ads in question after they were shown them the first time. My True Rating is ZERO stars. I will never step foot in a Walmart Supercenter again. PS: FUCK WALMART. read more

NEVER never use their Bakery. They don't know how to take their own orders, what they can do, what colors, size, flavors. I ordered my cake almost 2 weeks in advance, got a call 2 days before saying they can't make it the way I ordered. I didn't have time for someone else to make it now. It was the wrong color, plain, very dry & the top tier was leaning bad. The kid just said well no decorator is here and walked off. Had to get a manager in another section for help. The person behind me their cake was exactly as messed up as mine. Luckily the manger gave it to me for free. But really, when you look back in wedding pictures it doesn't make up for it. I really didn't want to give them 1 star. I am not sure why I come here but sometimes they have what I need. I'm going to go out of my way to not come here any more. The employees are mean. You can tell they hate their job. It's sad because Walmart is so big, you would think they could train better. Today, I a Walmart employee ran into me, they did not say sorry, excuse me or anything. The check out lady was rude, slow and acted like she didn't even care to be there. Last, the cart guy was riding carts through the parking lot and slamming into other carts. This place buzzed me many times when I was leaving with my purchases. On one occasion, I bought a toaster oven online and picked it up and was leaving and the door buzzer went off. I am beginning to think that they do it intentionally. Won't shop there again, though, and I do not recommend anyone shopping there either. read more

I am extremely impressed with this particular Walmart store. The cashiers are always happy to help and even talkative. The bathrooms are beautiful and spotless. The layout is great. Easy to find what you need. I like that the aisles are wide and it is easy to pass other carts. This Walmart does a good job of keeping products in stock. The produce section is very nice. The veggies and fruits are very good quality. I would like to see organic fruits. My only complaint so far is that much of the fruit sections aren't labeled, so it isn't always easy to tell what is what especially the foreign fruits. I like to know what kind of mango I am buying, etc. There is a surprising amount of different fruits and no labels on many of them. Even the cashier didn't know what kind of melon I was buying one time. It could be more clear. read more

This store should be closed by the health department. I have seen deli workers get food from hot foods and eating foods touching other food without gloves. This store let's pet owners bring cats in blanket to ride in carts. Heck they let people bring in dogs that are walking on chains and pee and crap on the floor. That's gross. The store never has items in stock. The employee's especially the cashiers treat customers like a piece of shit. If you complain to manager it falls upon deaf ears. I have witnessed a black customer service manager even call a white man customer a "Honky". He wasn't even called a cracker. But if a white person calls a black a N word all hell breaks loose. Walmart has a price match guarantee from other stores. This store will not honor it's own policy. If you like a dirty store, where employees treat customers bad, and never has the items you want to buy then this is the perfect place for you to shop. For the rest of the area residents drive a mile further. You pay a little more but shop in a cleaner well stocked store. Kroger employees treat you like a customer should be treated and will even take the groceries to your car. I bet Sam Walton would roll over in his grave if he knew that the Crowley Walmart on fm1187 was operating like the customers are just a piece of feces. This store would have been given a lower score but one star is the lowest rate you can give. If you have been treated bad in this store please write a negative review. I love.. YES LOVE this Walmart! The ONLY Walmart that I have NEVER had a complaint about! They are curtious, always helpful and ALWAYS nice! I never have to walk up to a register and wonder if they are going to speak.. like the one at McCart Street in fort worth. Had major issues with the customer service desk. Rude, inconsistent, and not helpful. I left frustrated and angry.

Apparently Jackson Hewitt Tax Services has a bid on Wal-Mart next year at this store. The Franchise owned by Michael Krempp does not support the U.S. Troops. He harasses their family due to a single lie made by the Benbrook Wal-Mart Manager "Terry". I have already notified D.O.D., Texas Workforce, Jackson Hewitt Corp. and giving the heads up to the law enforcement so this owner does not violate the Texas Penal Code 36.06 (Intimidation). I pray that this store's manager does not fall into the same footsteps as the one in Benbrook. Integrity is a key word here. Hopefully he/she tells the truth but for this Wal-Mart to support a company which thrives on harassing a post 9/11 101st Airbourne Sergeant's wife is a little low as an individual. Anyone that does business with Michael Krempp should not be able to hang our dedicated service members pictures on the wall. It would be bad showmanship on their loyalty to our country in which others have gave their life for. read more

This evening was the third time I have been highly dissatisfied with the customer service provide by the employees at Walmart Crowley store #3631. However, this time it was not by a clerk or service desk team member but instead the "Assistant Manager", Jose. He refused to give a last name or employee number of any kind and insisted his first name was "all your getting". The employee was very rude on multiple encounters but the events were as follows: My husband, six year old son, 17 month old daughter, and my three-month pregnant-self went to the store to exchange underwear and socks purchased for the correct sizes. The customer service line was extremely long, wrapping around the left side of the store front. We stood in line and quickly decided our daughter didn't have the patience for the line. We would do our shopping and return when the line was shorter. We kept periodically checking on the line and decided it was best my husband go in line while I continued to shop with the kids. I was then paged to go to the "Customer Service" desk but my son was in the fitting room and could not leave. My husband then came to the fitting area and told me a state ID was required for the exchange. He didn't have his wallet. I left him with our children to go to the Service counter where our returned items were waiting. The "Assistant Manager", Jose, then told me I had to wait in line after we had already waited in line twice before. I explained to the rude man that our items were already at the counter and we had already waited in line. He insisted I wait in line like everyone else. I again exclaimed that we did wait which is why our items are at the counter. We had already waited for at least 45 minutes and I didn't see it as fair to wait AGAIN. The man said again, "Ma'am, your husband was not in line." I asked him, "If my husband wasn't in line how is it that our items are at the counter?" He said again that I had to wait in line like everyone else and that my husband was not in line. I stated that his statement was not logical because our items were at the counter from my husband waiting in line. He then walked off to speak to a clerk at a register. I waited in line and when I got to the counter, my husband returned and asked why I didn't go to the front like the Service desk member had instructed. I explained the situation and then we continued shopping. As we proceeded to checkout, we crossed paths with Jose once more. My husband asked him if it was he who had me wait when he knew our items were at the service desk. First Jose denied it, then said it was him. My husband asked to speak to his supervisor, Jose said he was the highest level of management on duty. As mentioned before, we requested his full name or employee number and the name of his supervisor. He refused any additional information aside from his name was Jose and his supervisor's name is "Bobby Jo". I have never felt so mistreated by customer service workers. read more
