Next thi g I know, clerk that greeted me is coming down the aisle, "straightening" items. Fast forward to today, get my items, scan all three, last item scanned and placed in bag and self check-out says, "remove last item, item not scanned". Pulled out my item and wait for clerk. Does her thing and can see ALL three items on screen and in bag and my hand. Place item back and system says it again. Clerk looks at screen, "is this it?" You see it in my hand. Clerk remains and watches as I pay. Now, am i jumping to conclusions, maybe. But when two different clerks act a certain way towards me to suggest bias, Im calling it out.
