Cvs sent me a coupon for 4.00 off so, I used it to buy some Mascara The Mascara was Pitch Black and there was a an excess amount on the curvy wand that can make it clumpy. However, the wand was able to get all the lashes. When I close my eyes my lashes look fake and a bit thick? The Mascara is identical to Maybeline Colossal but, better because it gets on all the lashes. So go ahead, get you a Big Poppa like I did. read more

CVS you were good to me....walked in with a good morning greeting, the store is clean. I was dropping off my sister's prescription, the young lady was kind and helpful. She told me to give her an hour or so before the prescription would be ready and I'm cool with that. Love to tell you how amazingly, belligerently, awful the pharmacist and pharmacy is... nicely put terrible is an understatement.... Unable to fill prednisone for a child. For multiple days and other basic meds or inhalers as of yesterday no other CVS had it either. But today only this CVS still don't have it. So they transfer all 4 medications for my son after a 1 hour and 11 minute wait on hold. Wait no even then the s didn't transfer them they split it up Then tried to charge me even though I confirm the Insurance because we two total insurance. I can go on so much I could literary puke . Sorry *** customer service. Funny thing not as bad as the multiple attempts to get covid vaccine.... And that issue there Please message me back CVS I will give my person number and email love to here what excuse you will offer for this crap service. Every single time I go into CVS for an item I want to spend coupons on they are never available! This time one item was available though, the couponers hadn't had a chance to clear the shelves yet but another item I really wanted wasn't available. Overall, the store was clean and organized as best as could be and the customer service was decent. read more

I have been to this location twice in the last few months and both experience have left me feeling disgusted. I have to wait at the register for a while before someone actually comes to their register, and the manager acts like it hurts his soul to be helpful. I will not be returning to this location. This pharmacy does not care. They NEVER answer the phone. You can wait for them to pick up for 30 min without speaking to anyone. They are the slowest CVS pharmacy I've ever experienced. I even had to skip my COVID test after waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes without the line moving at all and 3 cars still ahead of me. Someone needs to do something about this location. It has severely gone downhill and it's unfortunate because it is the closest pharmacy to my house. read more

I refuse to shop at a store (McCart & Altamesa - Fort Worth, Texas) where employees have been replaced with self-checkout. I do not work for CVS; therefore, when I need to purchase an item, I expect an employee to assist me. I went to purchase eyedrops, when I got ready to checkout, my only option was self-checkout. Why? Also, there weren't any bags. Finally, a young girl came up, I asked her if this was my only option for payment and she said "yes". Then I asked her if there were any bags, she said "oh, let me go get some". If I have to self-checkout and then leave without a bag, I'll so somewhere else where I'm treated like a purchasing customer and not an shopper/employee. I don't get it. I showed up early to drop off and wait on a prescription. Well it's 9:00 see techs on the back yet their not open, 15 minutes later they open but running around still. Which I been there before, so that hasn't bad. What got to me is the fact that when I told them I would be waiting on my prescription they told me it would be one hour wait. Even though I was the only one there in the morning. Oh well it happens maybe next months service get better and rating will change. read more

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. EVERY time I come here for my sons medication they always say they're out, even tho I specifically call to ensure they have it prior to pick up. When j get there, they don't have it. The pharmacist Chris is a rude asshole who wants to belittle and berate me every time I come in and am frustrated with the service in the pharmacy. When I explain to them that my son NEEDS this medication because he is 11 months old and has reflux and will violently throw up all night without it, his response is "well, there's nothing I can do about that." They continually blame it on the insurance company, although when I called the doctor and had it sent to a different pharmacy, there was no issue with the insurance and I could get his medication with no problems. read more

I do not live anywhere near this location, plus I normally do not shop with this company. However, I needed a pair of reading glasses and knew there would be at least a marginal selection here. There were two pairs in my magnification and both of them had at least one scratch on the lens. I walked up to the cashiers area and asked if it were possible to get a partial discount since both pairs of glasses were damaged. The female cashier blurted out immediately "That's not possible..." and then went on to mention that all of their eyewear was provided by a third party supplier. My response was that because it is inside their building and available for sale, it doesn't look good that they are attempting to sell inferior merchandise at full markup. When I requested to speak to the manager on duty, she refused. I said "Thank you very much", left both pairs of glasses on the counter and walked out. This is just one of numerous reasons as to why I do not give any business to CVS on any level and will continue to avoid their stores at all costs..... read more

CVS Pharmacy has made me so mad! In fact they made me more angry than I've been in my entire life! in an attempt to get my brand new prescription, because it was an increased dosage, they would not fill it even though they had no right to deny filling my prescription! On top of everything even if it was the original dosage it was still absurd because it was only two days early! on top of everything they ended up arguing with me and with absolutely inappropriate nasty tones and attitudes not only did the pharmacist to get nasty with me but the manager was the worst of all! if you ever have to deal with Jerry Reiner I can assure you he is the biggest douchebag I have ever encountered!
