How disrespectful for front employees to not have the decency to give out the pharmacy number to have my medication transferred ESPECIALLY when the pharmacist is in there not wanting to open. I waited 30 min in drive thru for them to tell me I had to come inside or call to apply coupon for my medicine. I told them I will call, I left a message, they call me back to say I need to come inside the store. They waste so much time! I transferred all my scripts to another location. read more

Completely lied to you... don't schedule a covid appointment or shot with this place they tell you to come in after 24 minutes on hold on the phone Then you wait in line even though no one else is in front of you for another 5-10 minutes. Then they say sorry we are out of the shot. When you tell them I spoke to you and show the your phone as proof. You just get another seemingly lazy person who says... even if we got it...we don't get shots after 6 pm... but on the phone they will tell you they can give you a shot until 9. So which is it no shots or not willingness to give it? I drove from Dallas to this location in Crowley. 1 hour away after confirmation to be turned away. When you rely on a medication that you need everyday and month after month they don't have it, nor do they care if you have it. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MORE INCOMPETENT, RUDE, HATEFUL PHARMACY STAFF IN MY ENTIRE 50 YEARS ON THIS EARTH! I'm so thankful I don't have to use CVS anymore (per my insurance company). I got verbally berated because I didn't have my ID ready when I was picking up my RX. I had gone to vote so I didn't put it back right where it belongs. I know that is my mistake. But he started raising his voice at me that I have to have it and that I can go to the back of the line and he started talking to the person behind me. I literally needed an extra 45 seconds, if that. I found it but I was so upset that I was spoken to in that way. That was the icing on the cake for me. There had been so many other awful experiences that I just dealt with but that is what sent me over the edge. read more

Horrible experience with the pharmacy tech name Ola (or at least that's what she said her name was, she was very hesitant to give to to me so I wouldn't be surprised if it was fake). I went in to get a prescription for my cat. Right away she was very rude and hesitant to give it to me, she made me call my veterinarian to have them give her a call so that she could look up the prescription even thought I had a paper copy of it that I gave to her. Not sure why she was being so difficult about the entire situation, when I went to pick it up it was under my cats date of birth which i did not know the exact date because we had just rescued him. She rudely replied 'how do you not know his date of birth', but when she was putting in the prescription she asked for my information and my date of birth, how was I supposed to know she was going to put a random birth date for my cat. Very rude employee and she handled the entire situation horribly. Hopefully they get rid of her because this is not job for her. read more

I will not use this pharmacy again and I live within a mile of this location. They really don't deserve the one star. I had to wait three days for my perscription to be filled. No one wants to go to the Doctor and then have a three day wait for the medicine and this isn't even the first time. When I pointed this out, I was told I could always change pharmacies. I have decided to exactly that and am taking their advice to heart and changing. There is absolutely no customer service and apparently the corporate office pays no attention to the CVS reviews. read more

So many issues idk where to begin. First NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! E V E R!!!!!!! You will be on hold until you die!! Just drive there because I'm guessing the phones only call out!!! The staff other than Gabby(little Hispanic girl) are rude af. I was given misinformation about a Rx by the actual pharmacist (Festus), still haven't gotten THAT situation sorted out!! I use this pharmacy because it is what I must use through my insurance and also it is the closest to my home. I pay a monthly service fee to have my prescriptions delivered, and they even mess that up!! There are people who use this Pharmacy, who are unable to drive there, and speak to someone, they depend on the phone system to get their questions answered! I feel very sorry for those people because I know they can never get anyone on the telephone!! I actually need to speak to the pharmacy right now and I am on hold as I write this. I have a prescription that I need to have delivered, but for some crazy reason, the website says it has already been delivered, and I never even asked them to deliver it yet. The website said it was on hold, next thing I know it says it was delivered. Don't even know what is going on, but I never received any prescriptions! I I honestly don't know if this is the situation with every CVS or just my local store. But I am going to contact my insurance and see if I can change to a different company, I need someplace that is going to provide me with any kind of customer service!!!! read more

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to in my 60+ years! It does not deserve the name CVS. They are more than 5 days behind filling prescriptions and they sent texts saying it's ready when it's not. They are completely screwed up with everything they do. read more

This cvs has the kindest most willing to help front store team, pharmacy I'm not so sure but the front is definitely worth visiting, prices are high but go in and ask for keelee and she can show you some amazing deals with the cvs card!! Got in line at 5:30pm, it is now 5:58pm and only one car made it away from the pick-up window. Sadly I am at least 4 cars back. I'll be transferring my prescriptions ASAP. This is them forcing you to get your Rx's delivered which doesn't work when doc is trying to find the right strength for me and the Rx changes after 2-4 wks. read more

I understand that people need jobs more than ever these days. However, it blows me away that this pharmacy has people answering the phones that act like they aren't interested in helping you out at all. Every time I asked the young lady a question over the phone concerning my prescriptions I could hear her sighing in the background like she really wasn't interested in helping me at all. It's very confusing to me why somebody would take a job that involves customer service but it isn't interested in providing customer service. read more

GREAT pharmacy. Please be aware they are doing covid testing at this time in the drive thru. If it takes "longer" than usual this is why. Please be patient, kind a courteous to those who CAN'T go inside because they are getting tested. Wait times are a little longer but the pharmacy is still available inside. read more

This pharmacy was great!! I'm so used to waiting forever or just dropping off a prescription and coming back later but when I dropped my daughter prescription off, not only was she quickly added into the system but the prescription itself only took 10 minutes to fill and I was the only customer. The customer service was amazing! I haven't purchased anything from here so I can't say how the store side of it is, but I'm a couponer so I will soon and I'll come update my review if necessary. read more

Well, it wasn't perfect, but it did the job! The lady who saw me was nice but wasn't really talkative. Unfortunately, being chatty is my go-to when I'm not feeling well and she didn't really want to engage. She did though, a bit. I did a super quick strep test which was positive and she gave me meds and sent me on my way. The pharmacy had my meds waiting for me when I walked out of the minute clinic. Waited in line for an hour for them to do a covid test. Never got tested. Horrible pharmacy and no attempt to go the extra mile to make sure it was done. The appointment system is a joke. To have someone in line in pain, sweating bullets and dry heaving only to waste someone's time. Needless to say since it was my second attempt to get tested by cvs both locations with issues I won't be getting tested. read more
