My son arrives there cause it was pretty much late in the day and the technician. Tell them we're not taking any more cars. Funny I work in this industry and technicians Don't tell people what they can and can't do. The manager rather than sticking by his guns folded. Forcing my son to ride on his doughnut for another 30 miles. My son would eventually get the tires replaced at the Walmart in Kerrville, who is much nicer and professional. Parents if your kids get straightened anywhere near shirts do not go to that Walmart they will leave you hanging they do not care.

I walked around just to get a feel of what they had for women's clothing. I did notice a skirt that was cute and thought I would look around to see if I could find a top to go with it. Once I found the top I went back for the skirt. Tried them on in their fitting rooms. They had several fitting rooms. I found one that was not occupied and put the skirt and top on. Both fit nicely. Changed back into my clothes, and went to the registers which are right next to the fitting room. When I was cashing out. The cashier said the skirt was buy 1 get 2 free. YES, 2 free. Three skirts for the price of one! Incredible. I got 2 skirts that were just plain, one olive and one brown. And the third skirt was black but it had faux pockets and buttons so a little different pattern than the 2 plain skirts. So happy she pointed that out to me, I didn't even see the sign. I just noticed the skirt and liked it. Next time I come to New Braunfels, I will stop here again to do some shopping. Great sales!

Extremely disappointing experience with Walmart. My recent order showed that it was out for delivery, and then it suddenly disappeared from tracking and was changed to delayed with no clear explanation. The communication regarding my order has been terrible. I called customer service looking for help and felt like I was just being passed around instead of anyone actually trying to resolve the issue. What makes it even more frustrating is that I cannot change the order to pickup, and I also cannot cancel it so I can simply purchase the items somewhere else. Now I am stuck waiting for an order with no reliable delivery information.I had stopped using Walmart for quite a while because of a previous negative experience, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me exactly why I stopped ordering from them in the first place. Delays can happen, and I understand that. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication, lack of options, and poor customer service when something goes wrong. Customers should not have to spend their time chasing down an order that was already marked as out for delivery. Very disappointing experience read more

I walked in for a quick trip. As I went to the self-check out, I heard the employees at almost a yelling volume, talking shit about customers. We're all standing in line. And staring at them. Walmart, wtf? Do you accept the behavior of your employees talking about customers right in front of their faces? This was 5/1 at around 5PM-6PM. Chubby brown-haired boy and a girl. I will be remembering their faces and reminding Walmart to have them FIRED. This is not acceptable. If your employee can't keep their mouth shut then they can't keep their job. read more

This walmart is horrible run by store manager robert doyle, he is racist, doesn't listen to reason and spends time doing the job his low level employees should be doing but to escape the responsibilities he should be doing he acts like he fixes the little things. if you have a choice go to the schertz one. this place is dirty , i've seen employees vape indoors and they don't anything. don't taken my word for it see for yourself. read more

Sure, the cord's a little short (only just barely lets my phone reach my pocket while in use) and I have to set the volume at max to reach the same decibel as half-volume on my usual pair, but the sound quality is way way better than I'd expect for a single dollar. Great place to pick up gift wrap, party decor, emergency dishware, cleaning supplies (fake Swiffer dusters FTW!), popsicleish frozen treats, and frozen appetizer-type snacks, burritos etc (absolutely, totally check expiration dates though! ). Oh, and pick up a book of the wait's long at WingStop next door, or you're headed toward the DMV down the street.

She has the gentleman the night before tells me they're not gonna give me the managers name. She didn't wanna give me her name. Tell me to come back the next day to ask for a manager. I called corporate headquarters and spoke to customer care. They were supposed to get a hold of the manager and speak with her. I would hear from her within 24 hours. 72 hours later, not hearing from her or anyone else with Dollar General I called again. It was supposed to be escalated to district manager that I would hear from them in the next 48 hours. I waited business hours. When I called in again this past Monday, they couldn't understand why no one gotten a hold of me yet. They were supposed to upgrade it to Regional Manager. I called again this past Thursday, and again they don't understand why no one has gotten a hold of me yet. Me neither! If I have to take them to court for the hundred dollars, they owe me I will because I know they owe it to me. I know I Did not get the money back from them. They keep talking to me like I'm some dumb woman who did not know how much money she had in her purse. I don't appreciate that. None of the managers have gotten a hold of me for this. When we go to court, I will win because they didn't give me the money back. They will have to pay for court and the hundred dollars they owe me and everything else.won't bother me none.
