This is the closest Walmart Supercenter to my home and I don't visit it often. Every once in a blue, I will need a little something so I pop over and boom, then I'm out again for another long period. I needed some soil for the tiger lillies I dug up from my from yard and soni drove up to the gardening area which means I don't need to walk the entire store to get to it. It is the holiday season so 95% of this small space is now stuff like Christmas trees and decorations and the small batch of soil is over in two aisles nearby instead. I decided i needed a new garden hose (25 foot for $10) as well and I was ready to pay. They don't have the mobile payment available on this register so I tried to use my Visa and it kept erroring. Lucky for me, I had $20 cash and quickly made the payment. read more

The vendor there that puts out the sports cards it's gotta be the biggest crook in the world. This guy holds everything for his cousin so both of them can resell it and make money out of it 10 of us were there on Friday waiting for the new release of Pokémon he said he didn't have any an hour later. His cousin and friends came in and somebody spotted him. Give it all to them Somebody has to do something about this this guy does it all the time and nobody can get product from the store. When I need more than just groceries, this is where I go. The store layout is logical and employees are always restocking stuff. They have a great little deals section at the entrance similar to target but a little bigger. The store is always pretty clean. Associates aren't too helpful, but that's what you kinda expect from walmart. The parking lot is well laid out but the entrance access to it is not. read more

I order my groceries online and pick up usually next day or same day depending on the time you order for free (best kept secret) I'm not a member but they do have inexpensive membership. I don't pay for the service since I usually pick it up. If you order delivery it's not to much either usually somewhere under 10, it looks like it goes by peak time hours. Anyway, I love it because it saves me tedious time and just the connivence it brings for busy moms. The workers are polite thankfully even sometimes being under those harsh times of day. I recommend ordering early to avoid the crowd or maybe later in the evening. Love that you can even choose no bags and bring your own to be friendly to our environment =) read more

Ran in for a few things on a brief trip to the area. The store was extremely clean, organized, and well stocked. There were a few clearance sections that were fun to peruse. I picked up a couple of things and checked out in the garden section where there was an actual cashier working the register. All in all, a positive experience and I would return again on my next trip to the area. read more

I wanted to update my review now that we are in the covid era because this location is no longer open 24 hours. It is mostly self-checkout lanes, although they do still have some regular checkouts open. Beware, staff has not gotten any better. I had to return an item last week and the staff member didn't even greet me or say ok when I stated I was there to return an item. She just waved me up, did the return, and sent me on my way. I'm all for efficiency, but not rudeness. Also beware, the staff shopping for online orders is something else. They have no problem blocking aisles with their giant carts and do not say excuse me or move or anything. Even with these issues it's still the best of its kind in the area which makes me feel sorry for people who have to shop at other locations. I really only come here occasionally, far less than I used to because it's just more pleasant to shop at other places. read more

I really don't go to this chain unless there isn't another option. This store was no exception to the reasons why I'm not a fan of the chain. This one is older, unorganized and just generally difficult to shop. We needed to get a few things for the holiday and ended up here due to location and convenience. When we headed in it was very hectic and there were lots of people. The entryway was crowded for carts and since they stop people to check for receipts it also clogs the area. They do offer a lot of options and product variety. Pricing is obviously the main selling point of the chain and why people go here in general. They did also have a lot of registers open and it was relatively quick getting out. We were stopped and asked for a receipt despite every item being bagged. I'm just generally not a fan of that as it insinuates every customer steals and also clogs the exit. All around that vibe is just sucky. Overall: D Let's be real, price is the only thing that keeps people coming here. read more

The staff that are above the cashiers status (but not a Supervisor) in the front were helpful and went above & beyond at this location. Also 1 employee in the women & children area was very helpful (wish I got her name today) - but the rest of the employees were rude & acted as if we were bothering them. It was hard to find help in a few areas, but there sure were a LOT of employees packing up curbside pickup. My bigger issue was the teenage girl using the handicap stall when the entire restroom was empty & I am disabled and needed to use it. Would be nice to see Walmart inform the store employees to maybe be considerate, kindness sure goes a long way. read more

My favorite Wal-Mart for several reasons: 1. It's open 24 hours 2. Less than 15 minutes from my house 3. Always well stocked 4. In a decent area I go to this Wal-Mart once or twice per week to pick up things such as bulk candy or supplies for my students. The lines are hardly veering, the store and bathroom are always clean, and customer service is loads better than any other Wal-Mart I've ever visited. read more

I was shopping today and I was at the self check out waiting in line. The person who was in charge of the self checkout came behind me (and cut in front of the people who were waiting behind me) with a woman who told said that she would use the manned registers but she didn't want to wait. Ok fine. I then began ringing up my items. The bar code on the green pepper I was purchasing came up with an error and i needed approval. I the red light came on and I was waiting for approval. I saw that the customer service person was ringing up the woman's items. I walked over and asked if there was someone who could help me. (S)He rudely said "I'm helping her now". I asked if was going to ring up her entire order. (S)He nastily said yes!. I said could you just approve my green pepper. He nastily said NO not until he was finished with this customer. This is a SELF checkout, not a full checkout. There is one person to oversee 12 self checkout tills. If the worker was helping others who were actually self checking out, it would be OK, but to have to wait for the worker to check out an entire order so that I can just approval for one item is ridiculous. And then to be unbelievably nasty about it is unacceptable. I had to take my stuff, left the till with red light blinking, walk to the other side of the store and self checkout there. Now the person at that self checkout was awesome, which is honestly what I am used to at this Walmart. The nasty person I dealt with today was someone I had never seen before and was definitely not up to the standards of the Walmart workers I deal with regularly. This person needs additional customer service training at the very least! read more

If you are home bound, in wheel chair, delivery of groceries could be a blessing. Too bad the folks who fill your orders cannot get the correct items off the shelf! I went to Walmart to get a desk fan and print pictures for work. I went to get the pictures first which was a mistake. The first tile I went to print the pictures I realized not all of the pictures I chose printed so I had to redo it. Then the machine left available was freezing up. I went to use the machine where you have to wait for the pictures to print since it was either that or wait longer. I only Had to print three photos and it said it wouldn't be done for an hour! I know that timeframe is not always accurate so I waited for assistance and there was only one employee available. And that employee was already assisting a man for going on twenty minutes.. He finally noticed me standing there and said my pictures would only take five minutes even though I obviously had to wait longer. When I went to find a desk fan I had to ask two other employees until I reached a third who actually knew where it was. It took about an hour just to print a few pictures and buy a fan the size of a softball. read more

I'm a Walmart + member, and placed my online order yesterday for delivery today. There were several items I needed to survive until next week The order was supposed to arrive this morning. Due to previous issues with their drivers who only speak Spanish and NO English, (thanks to Google translate} I was able to leave delivery instructions in Spanish because I do not speak Spanish. I thought this would help eliminate prior delivery issues. IT DID NOT. i live on a well travelled main street in my city in an apartment complex. The driver could not find my apartment so he drove back to the store and decided to CANCEL my delivery, and they did not try to contact me regarding a new delivery. They are terrible it is the worst delivery service I have ever used,. Kroger delivery has them beat hands down and so does Publix. You would think Walmart - the largest retailer in the world would provide superior service right? wrong they DO NOT. To save money their executive management team chose a third party service where the drivers only speak Spanish. I called their Customer Support service and they gave me a promo code to save a small amount of money on my next order. What good is this going to do if they can not locate my residence? Unless you speak fluent Spanish, if you live in an apartment in the Longwood, Florida area, DO NOY USE THIS SERVICE. I haven't been to a Walmart in well over a year because the one near my house is a trash can (pre-Covid). Wanted to get something specifically sold at Walmart stores, so found this one wasn't that much further away than ours. Night and day difference. Well worth the drive out of the way. Since we are from the Midwest, we have grown up to expect a certain level of quality and creature comforts that Midwest Walmart's possess. This store is very much like our Walmart's back home. The store was clean. Items arranged neatly. Some items are sold out due to the global pandemic. I'm sure the employees have dealt with their fair share of rude selfish idiots, but only one let it show. The rest were very pleasant and made our visit feel as close to pre-pandemic as one could hope in these circumstances. I did appreciate the dedicated entrance and exit, as well as someone at the front to limit capacity. I am aware that this is a current standard at all Walmart's nationwide, and I felt they implemented it well. read more

I purchased a Straight Talk SIM Activation Kit at Walmart Supercenter in Casselberry, FL (Store 943) for $45. After I purchased the kit I tried to activate the SIM card but I was notified by Straight Talk that the SIM card was not compatible with my iPhone. Therefore, I cannot use it. I went back to Walmart to ask for a refund since the Straight Talk SIM is not compatible with my iPhone and the store clerks said that they could not refund my purchase. There were no signs anywhere inside Walmart to inform customers that the Straight Talk SIM Activation Kit is nonrefundable. Furthermore, there isn't a representative from Straight Talk working in the electronic section at Walmart to assist customers. Therefore, there was no one to help me. Since Walmart is selling Straight Talk products they have the responsibility to inform their customers that Straight Talk is a nonrefundable product before the customer purchases the product. And Walmart should be informed of the products they are selling and have Straight Talk advertise on their products that some of the SIM cards are not compatible with certain mobile phones. Not doing so is highly unethical and irresponsible of both Walmart and Straight Talk. The customer (me in this case) risks losing their money on a bad product. This is bad business. read more

"Warning to all Walmart Customers, DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS FROM WALMART ONLINE" If they send you the wrong size you may be stuck with it, and you also may be trying for weeks to return it We made the mistake of ordering a mattress from Walmart online and received a California King Size instead of a King Size mattress which is 4 inches longer and 4 inches narrower. We have been told Pilot Services would pick it up, then EFS would pick it up and that we would receive emails and phone calls to complete the return. Wish I could give zero, we waited about an hour to be told they couldn't find item purchased, paid for and confirmed was ready for pickup. They told me I had to cancel, if you're in this stage of the pickup process, so I asked them what I should do, and they then told me to call 1800walmart, then I had to deal with the automated system and when I finally got to a person they were very nice but i was told it was escalated. This place is huge! It is literally a super center. They have a mcdonalds, grocery store, liquor store, fabrics, garden section, auto section, etc. If you see a cart before entering grab it, since there's very few carts in the front usually. As far as handicap accessibility, there are a limited number of mobility scooters. Sometimes the greeter up front will be able to find one for you, so just ask if you are unable to search for one yourself. read more

Walmart: always low prices! For me, the low prices are not worth the experience at this Supercenter. It's usually crowded in the store and the parking lot is a nightmare. I prefer shopping at the smaller Walmarts or Neighborhood Market stores. One way entrance and alarms with one way gates, this place looks like a prison entrance along with one way exit and alarms like I'm the criminal, I sure hope all Walmarts aren't going to be modeled after this prison setting, and upon leaving just holding my receipt wasn't enough, I get felt like a thief by an employee not happy enough with me holding up a receipt for 1 item. a huge TV, I sure WON"T be going back there again. read more

This store compared to the Altamonte store, this location is amazing, Online Pick Up's are right in front of the store, they have a liquor store, garden and I think Auto (to get your car serviced). Store is clean and the staff are both helpful and greet you. I can't say anything about it for being a Walmart and that's a first. read more

My tire pressure light came on when I was a quarter of the way from dropping off my daughter back for school after the Thanksgiving break. I noticed a flat when refueling and this Walmart was the only closest location with an auto center. They were on the verge of shutting shop when I pulled up. Without question they took my vehicle changed out the tire and got me back on the road in no time. No huffing and puffing. No facial expressions or tones that reflect frustration with a customer pulling up at closing time. Just quick friendly service. I as totally expecting some sort of pushback but received none. Beyond upset. I've given this location too much of my money and patience over the past 5+ years because it's so close however from here on out we will drive a little further to go to Publix or Target. I had a huge list bc I haven't been able to go shopping in quite awhile so I was in Walmart for about 3 hours. Once 10pm hit I starting moving super fast because I'm well aware the store closes at 11pm and my brother has had past experiences with Walmart harassing him about leaving as well as myself. As I'm going through isles a bunch of employees are stocking, which isn't normally a problem however this time it was a whole maze to get through especially when they block the bread isle with an entire wood panel that I had to move for another person. My biggest issue came from this grown woman "working" at the self check out. As I was ringing up my items I realized I grabbed a ripped bag of frozen patties. I try to get this workers attention, she barely acknowledges me, then rudely questions " You don't want this ?" (Clearly the bag was compromised) she grabs the bag just walks away before I get two words in. I already rang it up so I wanted to confirm I could grab a new bag since they are repeatedly announcing they're closing. There was 10+ customers checking out however I ended up being the last one there as I spent almost 600$ and because I was alone I had to put all of my bags on the floor until I emptied my cart out. You think she could have grabbed another cart for me since she wanted me out so bad? No absolutely not instead she thought it would be appropriate to get behind my shoulder as soon as I'm paying with my card and stare me down. It's not even 10 minutes past the time they closed and I hear her mumbling behind me she wants to go home three different times. I finally stop what I'm doing and look at her because she is so close to me just blatantly staring while I'm rushing to pay and she just looks at me like I'm stupid, laughs when I ask about going to grab the patties that I paid for. This lady repeatedly invaded my space. Soon as I grab my receipt, she goes to pick up my plant that I didn't put in the cart yet & says you don't want this?? You would think she would have noticed me ringing it up and paying for it as much as she was staring at me. Just very odd I could hardly get her attention just 10 minutes before that when it came to actually doing her job. Shame on you Casselberry Walmart. I'm infuriated to have spent that kind of money that night only in the end be treated as if I'm doing something wrong. Let's face it 90% of your workers there have 0 people skills or compassion maybe because it's a terrible mass establishment that hires incompetent, lazy people that you don't bother to train to make matters worse. You've changed your hours inconveniently so why not hire overnight employees to do the bulk of stocking so therefore you won't need to rudely stare or try to intimidate customers as they're rushing to get their shopping done. I've worked in customer service I'm no stranger to guests staying past my clock out time on multiple occasions! I never once took it out on a paying, loyal customer especially if I see they are doing their best to hurry and respect me as well. Here's a crazy concept, try putting these people you've hired to stand around with their thumbs up their butts at a real register so guests can conveniently get in and out instead of being harassed. Yeah so I don't usually write reviews so sorry for the rant but this certainly isn't the first issue I've had with this location from their online delivery service being terrible to situations like tonight where I'm being harassed. I'll just end it with this....you never know what people are going through so even the smallest interactions can affect a person. Someone extremely close to me almost died by sucide and a little shopping is therapeutic to me. I don't usually leave stores in tears so thanks so much for that faith in humanity restored! read more

Ok, so this review is more for the auto center than the entire store. Overall it's like any typical Walmart. But I have to say that every time I've brought my car to get serviced, the wait time is never more than an hour or so... which is amazing compared to the amount of hours upon hours I've waited at other auto centers with Walmart. I'd give location a negative number of stars if I could. We had an issue. I called and spoke with someone who claimed to be the "store manager." Her name was Natalia and I'm sure she's not the manager. She referred me to the pharmacy who did call me back. When I explained my problem, Maria said she would have the pharmacy manager call me back. I'm still waiting for the call and doubt that it will ever come. Why should I ever shop here again? These people do not care about their customers. Fortunately, Amazon is far better to deal with. They get my vote; Walmart loses. read more
