Receipt

I frequent this Walmart and usually have a normal and carefree shopping experience however today I had to return four items that totaled approx $2.14 in credit. DENISE at the customer service counter that worked today 3/8 @ approx 1220 is probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. If I had this experience with a credible return, receipt, never used items with UPC stickers still attached I can not even imagine what she has put others through and I encourage people to share their experience because she is a person that is confrontational and the things she speaks are very unnecessary. I brought my items with receipt and kindly told Denise that I would like to return a few items. She scanned my receipt and informs me that the item was not on the receipt. I know very well this is the receipt that the items were listed on. I had one purple plastic picnic plate and a blue plate. I also had one plastic purple tumbler cup and a blue one. I replied to her that this is the receipt and I said they are right there and then she becomes upset and takes the receipt and sternly says the upc is not coming up and this is not even a receipt for our store. Then she scans the next item and it comes up. I tell her maybe someone scanned the purple plates twice and the purple cups twice. It is very obvious that this is what happened. She says she can't give me a credit for the two items that did not come up. I told her I need to speak with someone else because at this point she is rude, condescending, and is saying that she is not going to be able to give me credit for t her two items. Only at that time when I asked to speak to someone else did she rudely tell me that she will have to return the other two items as a no receipt return and she can give me a giftcard and she is just doing her job. I reply that I do not care how the return is done all I want to do is return the items and have the money refunded. Then she proceeds to continue to ramble on as I continue to try to process what just happened. This is the face of Walmart's customer service and she has a very ugly personality, her comments are unnecessary much less unprofessional, and I am sharing with you my personal experience of trying to bring back items totaling $2.14 with a valid receipt.

Not speedy when there are way more than 20 items.

I still shop here every week with my mother-in-law. Two stars are for lack of detail to sticker pricing at the correct merchandise. We always have at least one item that has an incorrect price on the shelf sticker to what the register says. That could be broccoli per pound, milk, beets, cottage cheese...anything. Today it was furnance filters. The filters were not placed with the correct price stickers. The sticker, and I looked at the detail, was $10 something. The register rang it $25 something. Please check the pricing before you buy. Hopefully a manager will see this.

Wal Mart- you take the good, you take the bad, you take it all, and there you have: a giant super center. They have everything you could want and at fairly low prices, and the store is clean and well organized. It's Wal Mart. If you like Wal Mart, this is the cleanest and easiest one around. If you need an onion and motor oil from a single spot, this is it. The biggest issue is getting out. They often have just a couple checkouts open, which means you can spend longer waiting in line to check out than you spent shopping. I guess that's a good time to play on your phone or tweet about how annoying the lines are at wal mart while your ice cream melts.

When in need of vanilla and chocolate chips, and at 11 pm, there is no better place to go than the Walmart Supercenter. Overall, it is easy to make Walmart one stop shopping for all things as they simply are in possession of all things--truly. However, if you have never been to a Supercenter, they are worth exploring. Large, vast, full of every single item both dry goods and otherwise are here. Personally, we love the grocery store portion here as they have a great organic section and carry an array of free range chicken and grass fed beef. Not only is the store well stocked, but the people who work here are super helpful and knowledgeable about their brands. Additionally, the store is very well kempt and clean as far as bog box stores go. Great shopping experience here and especially so very late in the evening.

My friend and I, both 17, were followed around the store for 2 hours by some creep. He was walking at the ends of every isle we went in but never went into the isle. He was never carrying anything in his hands and was acting like he was on his phone the whole time. He then began circling isles that we were in so we called some friends to come get us. As soon as they got there he darted out of the store, then we later found out that he was parked by my car waiting for us.

It's Walmart. If I had a nickel evert time this place saved me by having what I needed under one room, I'd be pretty rich. This is a super Walmart. Groceries Fabrics/sewing Hardware Automotive Garden center Nail salon Subway Bank Optical Deli/ prepared foods Clothing Pharmacy Just about everything you need! One of my pet peeves is that it is constantly under-staffed. Why have 20 cash registers if you only staff 2 people! I don't like how much time that adds on to my shopping. There is also the creepiness factor of the clientele. This Walmart is better than others I have seen. Watch out after hours. It's odd in there!

When my Mom and I stopped in a few weeks ago, I was pleasantly surprised. When you enter, drive in off of Darrow Road and park in the back. You'll see the sign instantly. Once you're inside, you'll be greeted by a stairway with an intersection of two floors. The bottom floor is filled with furniture, artwork, and other various home furnishings. The top floor is filled with purses, women's wear, jewelry and other accessories. As an avid consignment/vintage hunter, I can easily say that Twila's has one of the best furniture collections i've seen. Eyes can be deceiving on this place. The bottom floor is quite expansive, and I was wildly impressed with their selection of mid-century and Victorian style bedroom sets....particularly, the tall, old fashioned dressers with lock and keys, which are simply beautiful. The clothing selection is also impressive. While the store is generically organized, its worth it to go through all the racks, since many of them are out of order. I loved their wide variety of styles and sizes, and was happy to see quality brands like Coldwater Creek, Chico's, Kate Spade, Kate Landry and others. Looking forward to stopping by again soon, and maybe even bringing my own barely worn clothes for them to consign!

Of late, estate-saling has become my hobby (it's good to do something other than work, as long as it doesn't require more working to fund it), and I came to Twinsburg this morning in quest of a set of Pyrex nesting bowls. I stopped into Twila's on my way back home, thinking I might find another Pyrex prize, and was pleasantly surprised to find a bright, attractive, and well-stocked shop with helpful employees (the cashier signed me up for their rewards program and let me know during my birthday month to expect an email with 15% off as a gift -- I will be back). The lower level was well-organized and filled with furniture, décor, and housewares (the reason I stopped in), and upstairs were racks of clothing (spaced generously apart; not a bunch of stuff crammed close together), outfits displayed nicely, jewelry, shoes, and accessories, with sale items clearly marked. I dislike shopping for clothing (jeans and a pullover is my go-to uniform), but found several items I liked in a short amount of time, tried them on (the dressing rooms were a lovely surprise! Plenty of hooks, an ottoman, clean, pretty, large mirrors), and bought two blouses that will surprise the rest of the tops in my closet. I'm glad I stopped in; should have done so sooner!

This is the fourth time I have walked in and out of the store due to their lack of customer service and lack of registers open to take care of customers. I think for chances to get it right into satisfy me as a customer is plenty for any retail outlet. Bon voyage target you'll never see any more of my money!

I needed clothes for a teenager. I used to get clothes all the time here, but it has gone way downhill. The women's/teen clothing section is half the size it used to be. All of the clothes are so picked over. We could only find one medium normal looking shirt. We could only find one coat in the right size. It's also a mess with clothes everywhere. I was also disappointed that they still don't have self check out like other Targets do. We didn't check out the rest of the store, but I would definitely not recommend coming here for any clothing. It felt more like shopping at Walmart than Target (and I hate Walmart).
