Just walked out of target in Bainbridge near Aurora again tonight for the final time. I walked in the store and the usual bull was going on with one register open in a line that look like Christmas Eve. This is the fourth time I have walked in and out of the store due to their lack of customer service and lack of registers open to take care of customers. It was just a convenience to stop here they really have very little that I would ever come for purposefully and this was the final straw. I think for chances to get it right into satisfy me as a customer is plenty for any retail outlet. Bon voyage target you'll never see any more of my money! read more

I came to this Target frequently growing up, but I was quite disappointed when I came recently when visiting my parents. I was trying to shop for my adopt a family for Christmas. I needed clothes for a teenager. I used to get clothes all the time here, but it has gone way downhill. The women's/teen clothing section is half the size it used to be. All of the clothes are so picked over. We could only find one medium normal looking shirt. We could only find one coat in the right size. It's also a mess with clothes everywhere. I was also disappointed that they still don't have self check out like other Targets do. We didn't check out the rest of the store, but I would definitely not recommend coming here for any clothing. It felt more like shopping at Walmart than Target (and I hate Walmart). read more

I love this Target. Nice team members - very helpful when have questions or need to find something. Clean store. As good of a selection of items as anyone has and as much staff as is possible right now in this apocalyptic post-ish COVID era. After reading some of these reviews, keep in mind that no stores have the stock nor staff levels they used to. That's just the way it is now. Me and my friends were shopping at target we BOUGHT STUFF then we went to another store. We later came back for another item because all other stores nearby were closed due to bad weather. When this bigger blonde lady yelled at me and my friends for "loitering" she told us to not come back and have our parents pick us up. We ended up having to wait in the rain in the PARKING LOT (completelyUNSAFE) for our parents for 40 minutes. We called and tried to complain but the worker said she is superior to him and couldn't do anything. This experience is not okay for 13 year old girls that just wanted to shop I will not be shopping at this location of target (Bain ridge) EVER AGAIN. I'm definitely a fan of this Target. It is a well lit and organized shopping experience. I don't ever see it super crowded, so the lines move pretty fast. It's a chain, so if you have been to one, they are similar. The merchandise is well branded and carried in all stores. This is my go to place for cleaning supplies and household items. They seem to have it all. The cosmetics section is also super stocked. I just noticed they started carrying Essie nail polish! This Target is in a nice neighborhood and is very comfortable. There is a nice snack bar in case you are hungry. Another perk.... There is a Starbucks inside! read more

I came in with my son on April 27th after a soccer game to buy him some of his favorite pokémon cards and i planned on buying him two packs since he scored two goals. The sign on the aisle said starting on the 30th that there was a limit of one item per guest so i thought there wouldn't be a problem. Went to buy an Apple Watch. Could not find the person working in the electronics section so pressed the button. Was greeted by "Emma" who basically couldn't be bothered. Did not know the product. Just kept going back and forth to the store room. Grunted one word answers. Did not ask about features, and basically put all the onus on me for everything. Not friendly and not trying at all. I like target and I like this location. One main complaint is gossiping between employees at the changing room. It's constant! Every single time I'm there. I don't want to hear employees discussing customers and laughing so loud at them or how annoying it is to work there and etc, it's absolutely gross and unprofessional. read more

This is honestly a terrible Target. They are always out of stock on everyday items, and forget buying anything that is in the sale ad! If it's on sale it will be out of stock the entire week. I used to do the majority of my grocery shopping at Target, but it's impossible to do so here. They're also not great in the non-food categories either. I have been consistently disappointed in Target's recent clothing offerings until I visited a store in a nearby city and realized this Target isn't getting half the items other places are. Weeks after the Christmas toy book arrived in the mail they still didn't have the toy I was looking for. And just yesterday I wanted to try on a jacket, but the rack had displays set up on both sides, making it impossible to access. There must be a new store manager!!! Super disorganized and dirty restroom. Even the Starbucks area was filthy. I'll drive out of my way for a cleaner store. If I wanted Walmart, I'd go to Walmart. So disappointing. read more

I went in to buy two things. My s/o was beginning to have that look in her eye, but I had to snap her out of it saying: "Stay away from the light, hang with me here, you're drifting away, we can do this!!!I It has never been done before in our history with Target, but we walked away in 5 minutes and checked out at the counter with the exact two things we intended to buy, thereby succeeding here where countless others have shamefully failed in their self-control. Target is the same wherever you go... but not this one. This Target beats them all because they have Starbucks inside. Target stores are consistently clean, bright, with a good predictable layout, and staff are easy to find because they wear red shirts. Just don't wear a red shirt when shopping in Target. I made that mistake once and got promoted to assistant manager on the spot. read more

They have been out of the soda stream cartridges for 2 weeks yet the website says there are 3 in stock. There must be a new (bad) manager. I just called to inquire if they were in stock yet. Someone picked up the phone and never said hello they just held the receiver in their hand while carrying on a conversation with someone who obviously was standing near them. I repeated hello hello hello for 5 minutes before they hung up on me. I don't know who it was but it was a woman. I hope corporate reviews this review of my experience. Target is Target. But I will admit that I have an unhealthy love for Target. This one is clean, well organized and almost always has everything in stock. Finding help also seems pretty easy. Prices are competitive with Wal-Mart across the street. Having a Starbucks and an ICEE machine in it never hurts. read more

I absolutely love target target is my go to for all of my cleaning supplies in health and beauty items. I find some of the best cleaners certain ones I can't find it other stores. Target is also great for Bach paper towels and health and beauty items. They have this new nail polish by Essie that is a gel based that I absolutely love. Target is also great for every day items. My kids used to live in target clothes when they were younger. They have a really awesome Halloween department this year, I suggest that parents stop by and check out the costumes. I love that I could get almost anything I need at target. It is very well lit and what I like best about it is I can actually move in and out of the store rather quickly. They're usually isn't a long wait in lines like some other box stores. read more

Target in Bainbridge always has half empty shelves in the grocery section. I politely explained this to the cashier (looked to be an employee that was a little higher up than just a cashier) and mentioned to her that they are consistently out of a significant amount of the products in the grocery section and asked if they are working on stocking their shelves better, and her response was I don't work in that section. How about, "I'm sorry to hear that... Let me make sure that the approapriate person is made aware of your experience and we'll work to make it better!" Will shop elsewhere for my groceries. read more

This location was under renovation when we visited, so I understand a certain amount of dust and confusion is to be expected. It seemed as though a lot of things were out of stock, though, and the grocery section was fairly hit-or-miss. The grocery is one of the things they're expanding, though, so hopefully that will improve. Easy-in easy-out, plenty of space in the parking lot. read more

I've been going here for years. It's always clean and well stocked. Now here's the kicker. My Giant Eagle is closing. So I decided to do meal planning for the entire week at Target. I noticed a lot of food on clearance. It was expired. So I looked at the stuff NOT on clearance, Taco Shells, expired. Then, I got paranoid and checked the canned goods. Some of it expired. Clearly, Target does NOT have the grocery end of their business down. Bummer. Guess I need to get groceries at a grocery store. read more

I don't know what has happened to this store. I have been shopping there for a long time and it used to be great. It is frequently out of stock on many items I want, several aisles were blocked with noisy workers, and there is NEVER enough cashiers anymore. Today was the worst experience I have ever had at target. I go to the target get everything I need and get in line. I topically love target. It has been one of my favorite stores forever! I get in line with the cashier Danielle. She was a young girl and she obviously knew the two teenage boys in front of me. I usually don't mind waiting but, I had already had a tough day and then standing there for 10 minutes watching her flirt with the guys and take her take forever not even acknowledging the other people in line was not appreciated. Then when I get my stuff up there I don't realize she didn't ring up all my stuff. When she realized she didn't she asks me if it's mine and then tells me I had put a bar on the belt dividing my stuff. When I ask her why I would do that, she responds well you did it. She repeated it twice while others were starting at me .I was so upset not only by the way she was treating me and looking at me like I was an idiot but, by the huge lack of customer service and acting like I was getting in the way and taking up her precious time. I don't think I will ever shop at that target again. I am just so disappointed by the entire experience.... read more
