I easily found Ayr saline nasal wash with aloe that was sold out at other stores. The store had plenty of seasonal inventory. An aisle full of Valentine's gifts and sweets. Like Hello Kitty merch and adorable stuffed animals. If you want to get an early start on Easter shopping in January, get stocked up at this CVS. They have Peeps and various holiday candy. I was pleasantly surprised with bookish selection as this store. Even paperbacks for trending authors were in stock - Colleen Hoover and Mary Kubica. If you're still in vision board mood, you can get magazines at this location! There are plenty of baking and cooking magazines in case you're looking for new recipes! SERVICE: Service at this location is non existent. There are no employees staffing the checkout. When I finally found an employee in the aisle and asked for assistance with a coupon, it was met apathy and rudeness. I felt like I was imposing. All I wanted was to buy a nasal spray and apply a coupon if applicable, but it proved to be difficult. PARKING: The parking lot is mostly very dim even by the entrance. It did not create a feeling of safe environment for me as a woman. Overall, this store has ample inventory and likely everything you are seeing in stock online. The layout was completely confusing -- no clear aisles, random displays in weird places, and misplaced signage. This store also seemed to have more than typical amount of items locked in shelves. It definitely didn't have the typical CVS feel. I couldn't not notice Mother's Day flower display at the front of the store. I arrived on Mother's Day evening (around 7 PM). As for the flowers... yikes. They were wilted, drooping, and definitely not something you'd want to give your mom (or anyone else). It looked like they'd been sitting there for days without water. It wasn't a new wilt. For a major holiday like Mother's Day, I expected much better. It would be great if this section was cared for. I found this very disappointing for anyone who was considering buying flowers at the end of the day. The good news is that the items that I needed (cat food, dish washing liquid, and hand soap) were all on sale. I got a very good deal (for CVS) spending about $20. I was happy with the price but so unhappy with the rest of this CVS! I hope that this store improves, it's such a convenient location in Lakewood.

But for some reason, the store on Fulton said they don't have a public restroom which I doubt that they don't have a bathroom. They just don't want to take the time to clean it in my opinion. When you enter the store, tuen right and walk down to find the toilet paper/paper towels. Right in front of those paper towels, you'll find the mini kitchen section which is where I eventually found the tea kettle. SERVICE -- This can be on and off. When I came looking for a tea kettle in March 2023, I first asked one man who said he didn't know where it was and to ask a lady that he pointed me to but also that "it may be down at the small kitchen aisle". He wasn't confident in his answer to me which was a bit frustrating. The lady that the man directed me to then said: "I don't know if we have one" and she didn't bother to help me look or check their system if they sell one. This wasn't great customer service at all. I eventually found the tea kettle myself at a back aisle. The produce here is one and off so I don't buy fruit or vegetables from here anymore.
