I've dealt with the same "customer service" person several times now and it's time I let it be known that management needs to have a serious talk with her about her poor attitude. Very petite girl who wears a hijab. Each time I've dealt with her she has this extremely annoyed look on her face and acts even more annoyed if you attempt to ask her anything. I guess Walmart dropped the "service" from "customer service". Just pitiful. Do better. read more

I placed an online order for pickup on December 22, 2022. I arrived and checked in around 2:00pm. I waited and waited... no one came. I called the pick up phone number about 20 times, no answer! I saw an employee come out to gather carts and gesture for him to come to my car. He assisted me and told me that someone would be assisting me in a few minutes. He apologized. About 20 minutes later, a young guy came out. O asked him why did it take so long. He said, "You didn't check in and didn't call the number and just walked away. I yelled out how he was rude and disrespectful! I talked to the manager and she apologized, but I didn't feel better I will never patronize them again! read more

Don't come to this Walmart. They harassed me and accused me of stealing. As I was scanning my items this woman comes up to me within my 6ft distance DURING A WHOLE PANDEMIC and went through my bags as I'm scanning my items. She then says that they thought I didn't scan my items. Then another employee jumps in the conversation told me that he told her to come check my bags because he thought I was stealing. When they realized they were wrong they didn't say anything. I asked for an apology and they said no. They made a big scene and caused me emotional distress. I spoke with the manager and all they offered was a $10 gift card. Y'all would've thought I was trying to steal a TV the way they were acting. I literally was purchasing brushes, a paper clip drawer and a small luggage scale. Terrible experience. read more

This Walmart, however convenient it is as it's 2 mins from my apartment, is pitiful. The stock is absolutely horrendous. No produce section. All the insides of the coolers where the yogurt was kept reeked of cigarette smoke. Only 2 cashiers were working during rush hour and were moving sooooo slow. Never will be back. This location was having a "SAD" grand re-opening. The only way to know as a customer that this was a grand re-opening is the banner on the store front and an annoying over head page. Some new paint doesn't make a new store with a positive culture. People would say, " it's Walmart". I disagree! This location has some new paint but nothing else has changed. Worst Walmart in Raleigh. Customer service is atrocious if not non-existent. I tried to get two tens for a twenty at the money center. I was told they don't carry tens. Then I was told they needed to call a manager to give me four fives, "but none are available." She didn't even try to call anyone. I asked if she was going to try to call the person and she said 'no, they're too busy. Have a good day." I've been there before and have had similar experiences when asking for help on the floor. Either the employee didn't know if they had a product I needed or they told me to find someone else to help. This Walmart should be shut and employees should be terminated. read more

I'm always disappointed in this Walmart. Came in to pick up an online order within the pickup period and they had already canceled the order. I bought a mattress pad online because I needed it in 2 days and they said it said it could be picked up the next day. The confirmation came in and said it would be delivered in 7 days. It would not let me cancel the order. I bought a different mattress pad and tried to return this one when it came in. The box was unopened, as it went straight from my front porch to my car, to Walmart to be returned. They won't accept the return and told me I have to work through whoever makes the mattress pad. What a joke. I buy it off Walmart website, it said NOTHING about not being able to return it through them. It's not wonder Amazon is running them into the ground online. Amazon has such an amazing delivery and return policy I'm wondering as I write this review why I even bothered with Walmart. I'll never use Walmart.com again. read more

They've got not only the best staff but the customers are even kind and courteous, unlike a lot of other Walmart locations. Brandon and Alicia were very helpful when we were looking for air filters and couldn't find them. Brandon was new at the time and tracked down Alicia to help us. They are great! Not the nicest store in the world, that's true. But, to give credit where credit is due, some of the employees here likely saved my life. On a Sunday morning, I came in to pick up a few things and was leaving the store. I noticed a man following me, like running from across the parking lot, and headed toward my car. Something told me to go back in the store and ask for help. So, I did. The sweetest lady walked me back out to me car and, of course, the man was gone. She said this was the third incident like this that had been reported in a week.I hope he was apprehended so no one else is followed like I was. That aside, I was just thankful someone was willing to accompany me. read more

I've never had anything but good interactions with the folks working here. For example, tonight the lady in charge of pick up was hanging in customer service when we came in to pick up my son's halloween costume (he's going to be a viking hamburger and needed the hamburger part). They had just closed about 5 minutes ago, but she happily helped us pick it up anyway. Made my night actually. read more
