After showing up today and being told my medication was not ready as promised and to wait, I got a text saying it was ready, but the price was $214 and my insurance wasn't applied. When I went in, I was asked to produce my insurance card. The pharmacist insisted I hadn't picked up a medication with insurance last Monday, which I did. When I asked why my insurance wasn't applied, which was correctly in their system, she said it was "written down as cash and to inquire with me." She decided not to check the system right in front of her, which is a huge part of her job. Why would you not apply my insurance? You are a pharmacy!! ‍ Picking up medications should not be this difficult.
