Customer service is the worst , trying to get a prescription transferred, the other pharmacy called it in , it was there at Walgreens they never acknowledged to the other pharmacy or contacted them after 45 minutes sitting there and having the other pharmacy call once more they said come back in 72 hours to pick it up. Have heard bad things about them , it's all true read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called multiple times over three days and was left on hold for over an hour each time just trying to refill a prescription. Today alone, I called twice and waited over an hour both times. When a pharmacy tech finally answered, I was told it would be "hard to refill" since it's 6 pm and they close at 7. um that wouldn't have been an issue if the phone had been answered at ANY point during the 2 hours i waited on hold today. When I said I'd wait, the call was abruptly ended. Completely unprofessional. Patients rely on their medication, and this level of service is unacceptable. Do your job and do it better. read more

Horrible pharmacy. Staff are all extremely rude. They will confirm your prescription is ready for pickup and then when you get there and wait 30 min in line they will rudely tell you they don't have it filled and don't know when they will have it filled. They will also lie to your face and say nobody ever confirmed it was ready for pickup, even when you spoke to someone at the pharmacy the day before. read more

Eye surgery was 1/28/2026........ Still waiting for the eye drops... Today is FEBRUARY 13.......... I called again, and waited for an hour, was 4th in cue to speak to a person, and the same rude lady said " they are on the counter ( How can this be? Supposed to be a fridge item.), sasid: "We'll contact you.", and, hung up on me. STILL NOT READY. The computer always says "in progress", every single day. They close for lunch between 1:30 and 2. They could not care less........................ RUDE, DYSFUNCTIONAL. I need to find a solution and go elsewhere. No business should be this disorganized. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I have been with them for six months and have never gotten a medication on time, I've had a few pills missing here and there with no explanation as to why- they gaslight, they don't pick up their phones and are beyond rude- I'd say abusive. Sometimes no one is there, they just take the day off when they feel like it. Live saving medications shouldn't take three weeks and then given to you with a snotty attitude and an eyeroll. They need an entrirely new staff and management. read more

I had a prescription put in from urgent care over 24 hours ago and they said it still won't be ready until the following day meaning I'll need to wait 48 hours for my medication. Revising my review because I incorrectly assumed with my last one that meds would be ready upon our third visit to the pharmacy (now 25+ hours later) as promised. We were turned away a third time. These are urgent medications. We will be transferring to Walmart pharmacy to ensure safety of the patient. The rude pharmacist with the tattoo behind her ear needs to be fired. read more

I called ahead because I know that they tend to not have your prescription ready if you just walk in for prescription pickup. Was told that both my prescriptions were being filled and they should be ready at 11:15 am. I arrive at the pharmacy at 11:45 am and am informed that NONE of my prescriptions have been filled yet and it will be an hour wait. I ask if it can be expedited as I live 30 minutes away and was already told it would be ready a half hour ago. Nope. Told me there was nothing they could do. Waited in the car for an hour in 104 degree heat. Come back in and they tell me ONE of your prescriptions was filled, the other they need a prior Auth and they haven't been able to get a hold of my prescriber yet. I'm sorry, but why the heck would you not contact her when she sent my script in at 9 am this morning, or maybe when you knew I was going to have to wait for an hour because I lived to far to drive back you could have said, well just so you know it might just be the one. Did you wanna come back tomorrow? But no, had me wait for 2 hours total past the pickup time to tell me you can't fill the one that is necessary for me to function. If you don't care about your customers health, don't work in Healthcare. If they worked in a hospital the patient would have died before they can count to 30. read more

It used to be so good. I'm on life-saving meds, so I had to change pharmacies. Some days, no pharmacists showed up, they closed for hours, forgot to order meds, etc. Today, I went online to the website, to order refills for my husband as he got odd emails about his usual medications. It wouldn't work, so I called directly, received assurance they would set it all up on auto refill which he always had. But, one needed a new prescription. He then received an email that said doctor didn't approve, so I called the doctors office, they approved the standard med at 4:36 and were told Walgreens got it. I called Walgreens back and was told, "Yes", we got it. I said then why the email saying it wasn't approved and to call the doctor. No explanation, except " I am sorry". A very nice woman, but that doesn't excuse Walgreens issues that can and do severely impact the clients health. read more

This pharmacy's team saved a life today. I am absolutely blown away by the support they gave me. I came in struggling, scared that I couldn't get an urgent medicine for my dad from Avalon pharmacy (that they promised would be there). And the Walgreens staff took over. They got the medicine to me within 15 minutes with no hesitation. Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

They should have ZERO stars. I have never gone inside or the drive thru with it taking less than 30 minutes... with. Maybe one or two other people in line. Next, I had my scrips refilled on. Friday, came in on Saturday and... "sorry for the inconvenience but we are closed", then AGAIN the next day. Asthma meds, not needed right? And no warning or heard up that you can't get your meds. And of code I can't get it filled anywhere else because it's stuck in their system as filled. Whoever runs this place should be at least demoted if not fired. It's been kind this for over a year and the Covid excuse does NOT fly. They are unorganized, lazy, and do the bare minimum. Do not use this place. read more

If I could give Walgreens Pharmacy a 0 I would. I am visiting in Desert Hot Springs and filled 3 prescriptions at the Pharmacy on Palm Drive. When I was going to pick up the prescriptions I found out the Pharmacy was closed. Tried to find other Walgreens pharmacies that were open nearby but the ones that were open were a distance from me. They could not tell me if the Pharmacy would be open the next day. I understand needing to move Pharmacists around. But come on let us know in advance so we can get our prescriptions picked up. Even the Pharmacy I deal with in San Diego was closed. read more

I love this Walgreens. If the meds are being ordered, they alert me by text AND e-mail. When my order is ready, they do the same. To top it off, the sells are great and they ALLOWS have my favorite candy! read more

I have been going to this Walgreens for my medication for about 5 years now and have really never once had a great, or fast/easy experience. Employees are usually always pretty friendly but the wait is always ridiculous- from waiting to be talked to at the window, to get my medication. I have text/email alerts on, for when a prescription is filled, but everytime I come to get it, it's usually never actually filled. I'll be in line for 20 mins just bc of 2 cars in front of me. Today I sit in line for over 40 minutes because of 2 cars. Such a waste of my time. I'm about to just switch to a different pharmacy read more

While the computer system at Walgeen's pharmacy is nearly useless or worse, often calling my doctor for refills while there are already ones on file and other snafus, they are more than ameliorated by the human staff, particularly Marvin who, once you reach him through the dingy labyrinth of inapplicable computer options, has twice now helped me despite the Walgreens' computers' gloomy prognostications. I was traveling from Ontario calif. I had a RX that needed to be filled and I figured I would be able to do it at the Walgreens in Yucca Valley were I was staying for a few days. The pharmacist calls and says because the doctor is so far away (same county!!) He would have.to call and ask if he could fill it. What the heck??
