When I called on the phone, they didn't listen, interrupting to ask for information I had already given them. When you are neurodivergent, as I am, being constantly interrupted breaks your focus, and a pharmacy worker steamrolling you just makes it impossible to get your point across. I shouldn't have to fight to be heard or mask my frustration just to get basic medical needs met. Neuhauser has also lost my prescriptions on more than one occasion, once for weeks. The owner told me "just get the OTC version." The owner was no help. He simply wrote me off, deciding that I was apparently just a jerk, telling me "You should go to Walgreens." Bad as Walgreens can be, it is still better than Neuhauser at least for me. It's a pity because I was a Mallot's customer for years before they closed. I wanted to support a local business rather than a chain, but Neuhauser did not do right by me.

You are not treated as just another number - Jeff treats you as guest and he cares about your health! Easy to transfer prescriptions to Wellcreek! Just call! These…read morefolks have chosen to refuse to provide my friend's nausea pills, antacid pills, antibiotics he might need, etc out of sheer unprofessionalism. They have never met this person, he is very handicapped, in fact he's bed bound, and he has both an SP catheter and a colostomy bag. This poor man!! Why are they refusing? When they didn't have the pain meds he was receiving on a regular basis -whoever does their ordering is not on the ball - we had to find another pharmacy that could fill his prescription. There was no hocus pocus going on. Then when I called to speak with them about this it was brought up that months ago, no day or time was given, someone in their pharmacy apparently heard me, just the errand girl, mutter under my breath that the pharmacist is a dink. This is why they won't now, months later, fill any of his prescriptions. Does any of this make sense to you? First of all, I have no recollection of calling the pharmacist a dink, but now today, I do believe that term is fitting, in fact I'd also add unprofessional, uncaring, and likely in the wrong profession. THIS PHARMACY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Shop there if you choose to, but know that the folks who serve you there have no problem slighting and causing inconvenience for others no matter how ill and/or disabled they are, and apparently they stand around making up stories and then going overboard with their reactions. With people who behave in this off-the-wall manner, whose heads work like that, I'd worry that they're doing the rest of their job correctly, too. I'd beware of getting pharmaceuticals from this pharmacy. You don't have to go far, though, to be treated fairly and with respect, Walgreens is just across the street.

I have severe chronic pain but am deathly allergic to all opiates. I learned about low dose…read morenaltrexone and, while it Is not perfect, it is quite beneficial. I use Hoey to have my meds compounded and they send it to me via USPS, (I live over 30 minutes away, in the best of traffic) It is in capsule form. My most recent refill was changed to the same 1.5 mg dose but in tablet form - an itty, bitty 7mm tablet which is much more convenient, but, unfortunately didn't produce the same response as the capsule with the drug and filler. Why? who knows. The only thing that matters was that the tiny tablet had no effect on my pain. I spoke with someone at Hoey, then later Tim, about my situation. Tim graciously agreed to swap out my pill form back to capsule. Not only did he make the change, he personally delivered enough capsules to my home to hold me over until they could complete the order and mail it out. Hoey is located in Monona, a far east suburb I have no reason to go to and, again, more than a half hour drive one way. I live in Middleton where the distance to the city limits is waaay to far to travel, especially when you are in agony. Tim provided me with a ten day supply and said he would mail out the remainder of my prescription and adjust the price. He also retrieved the tablets that I had no use for. This is the kind of service that keeps customers loyal to a business. Kudos to Tim and all at Hoey Apothecary...they really give a damn.

I switched to Forward Pharmacy and had a super easy time (after Walgreens' automated system kept delaying an order for eye drops that are so scarce they must be made of unicorns). I went to Labcorp several months ago to get a test to find out how many Covid antibodies I had in…read moremy system. I have a friend in western United states that does this twice a year and if he count is high enough she doesn't need a vaccination. I paid $105.00 in advance for the test and I would get the results back in 24 hours. Five cdays later I called and they said they mailed them out. Several days I received the results. No antibody count! I visited my doctor last week and showed him the test and told him why I took it. In a very professional way he said he wouldn't have taken it as it doesn't make any sense! So I am out $105.00 with no information. WhenI initial went to the office there seemed to be something other than a testing facility and it didn't seem very professional. I was right!

She answered all my questions and it was clear she was doing all she could to keep things moving despite being completely overbooked and understaffed. Labcorp clearly prioritizes profit over people, they deliberately overbook their appointments knowing fully that their locations are never staffed well enough to handle the amount of appointments booked. You can expect a wait even if you have an appointment. It's very much not the fault of any of the staff at the location though. Labcorp--treat your employees better! Your customers and employees both suffer when you run your locations like this.
