Five stars for the people, 0 stars for the company. Wissam was awesome. Efficient, kind, and drew my blood perfectly. She answered all my questions and it was clear she was doing all she could to keep things moving despite being completely overbooked and understaffed. Labcorp clearly prioritizes profit over people, they deliberately overbook their appointments knowing fully that their locations are never staffed well enough to handle the amount of appointments booked. You can expect a wait even if you have an appointment. It's very much not the fault of any of the staff at the location though. Labcorp--treat your employees better! Your customers and employees both suffer when you run your locations like this. read more

I went to Labcorp several months ago to get a test to find out how many Covid antibodies I had in my system. I have a friend in western United states that does this twice a year and if he count is high enough she doesn't need a vaccination. I paid $105.00 in advance for the test and I would get the results back in 24 hours. Five cdays later I called and they said they mailed them out. Several days I received the results. No antibody count! I visited my doctor last week and showed him the test and told him why I took it. In a very professional way he said he wouldn't have taken it as it doesn't make any sense! So I am out $105.00 with no information. WhenI initial went to the office there seemed to be something other than a testing facility and it didn't seem very professional. I was right! read more

I would choose Labcorp again to do any work related things. Check in is smooth, they offer wifi for an area that has poor phone signal and has a screen showing the order of arrival. This exceeded my expectations after having to go to concentra for similar things. If only labcorp had doctors too to facilitate physicals etc... read more

I had made an appt on 12/20 and when I got there they claimed they could not find my records and had to have them sent in. I was able to show her the LabCorp numbers and she refused to use them. I rescheduled for 12/23 I had all me test info with me and the employee found me right away. I had my blood drawn and now their are no records or results for that blood test. The appoint or test are not showing up in my Labcorp account. This is causing my Leukemia appointment to be missed and delayed at least a month. Not sure how they lost my tests. :( read more

Today was the third time this year that I have been to the Wright St office in Madison. The first time blood was drawn albeit the staff were less than warm. I had to go back two weeks later, because one of the tests required plasma, not blood. I do not know of the mistake was done at the time the blood was drawn or at the lab itself. Regardless it required another three hour round trip to have it repeated. The same person did the draw and was again not very personable and kept on about it not being her fault. I told her I did not care whose fault it was, but asked her to do what she could to make sure I didnt have to make the trip again. She drew blood from the same arm as before and it hurt. When I told her, she scolded me and told me it was because i was looking. Really? I always look and it usually is not a problem. Now to today. Same woman was there, but i had blood drawn by a different person. What little she said was mumbled even after I asked her to repeat what she said. She clearly was put out that I was there. I have been in customer service all my working life and the attitude these women displayed was so disrespectful. It is obvious they do not enjoy dealing with people and would be better off in another field. I intend to try the other office in Madison next time. I do not recommend this one. read more

Whats the point of having appt when you wait then 15 min later than appt time you ask how much longer only to be told I dont know Im behind I am the only one here and Im entering orders. This is my second time in 3 months and both have been a wait way behind appt time. Blood draw was great technician was super nice. I just feel bad. They are so short staffed. read more

When I entered the Labcorp office at 2102 Wright St. Madison, WI 53704 on 3/5/2024 at roughly 2pm the young lady at the desk completely ignored my presence and could not be bothered to even look up from her phone. She asked me a check-in question which I couldn't make out due to her inability to address me as a human being, and so I said I didn't understand. So without looking up from her phone she barked at me (word for word mind you) "What?! Come over here!" She literally said to me, "Come over here!" like I was a dog. I walked in there feeling vulnerable due to a medical worry and I was treated as if I were sub-human. Many people are struggling to find work and yet you hire someone who treats her work like a joke. Another lady took over from her who treated me with dignity and respect and drew my blood all the while treating me kindly like a professional would. I don't want to publicly name anyone and get them in trouble but the woman who helped me had a name that started with the letter "T" and deserves praise. The young woman who attempted to check me in and treated me disrespectfully, I did not catch her name. I don't want to publicly get anyone in trouble no matter how I was treated but your company records can presumably determine who each of these individuals were and I suggest you fire the young woman at the desk and promote the woman who drew my blood. It is especially important to have decorum in the health industry and this young woman had none. read more

Labcorp offers all the testing that your regular primary care physician lab offers, does it without appointment, and for pennies compared to my local health care clinic! Just have your Dr send the lab order there! They have a listing of accepted insurance companies on their website. Their customer service line can give you pricing per test without insurance so that's worst case scenario for your out of pocket expense. This is a single office inside a Covance lab, no frills but extremely polite and kind staff. Quick service too! Seriously, my local UW clinic quoted $1400 for labs. My insurance covers about 30% after my deductible. Labcorp quoted $640. But my insurance paid all but $25!!! read more

It had been 3 days and I still can't see my friends because lab corp is taking as long as possible to run these PCR tests that I could do myself in less than an hour with the equipment. Do not do any business with any one who uses labcorp for testing. Especially CVS. read more

I go here twice a year for lab tests blood draws ordered through Life Extension Foundation. Tests are a small fraction of what most commercial labs charge, and the phlebotomists are very skilled. read more

Horrible customer service. They will not be in the office for a scheduled appointment, and give no cancellation notice. I had a glucose test, and had to drink it 1 hour before my appointment. Show up to get my blood drawn and no one is there to take it. I had to get extra glucose from my hospital and it was a lot of extra hassle. read more
