The staff seems to want to be helpful, only when you go ask for assistance. Tonight the pharmacist was friendly and very polite and filled my prescription in a pretty short time. My wife uses their awards card program, she likes its just not much to it for me.

I wasn't expecting anything over the top, but I didn't even receive a simple hello or smile. Diana's first response was, "What size?" Since I had ordered multiple sizes, I wasn't sure how to answer. I explained that I had ordered several sizes and offered my confirmation number and last name, but she continued repeating the same question in an unkind tone instead of helping me. It honestly caught me by surprise. Diana was extremely rude throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, while checking me out, she walked away before the transaction was even finished. Customer service like this is disappointing, and because of this experience, I'll be going out of my way to avoid this CVS in the future.

I hope someone with management takes this post seriously as we intend to alert health and regulatory authorities if needed. First the medication was not in stock. ..Then it was in stock, but then insurance would not pay for it (supposedly) ...Then was told to get a new prescription for the generic from the doctor .... Then was told the generic was out of stock .....THEN was told the original medication WILL be covered w/ insurance. It will be ready Monday for pickup. .......THEN go to pick up and it is EXPIRED. Surely, distributing customers expired medication is not part of the Walgreens customer satisfaction criteria. We are appalled at the lack of customer prioritization, care, and safety with this location.

On the phone, they tried to convince me that since they do not get any money from the state or insurance for the program I am on that the Pharmacy Itself charges as $5 FEE and then IN return gives it to charities. So the $5 is NOT A COPAY because it is Not being requested by any insurance company or the state program that I am on. The $5 is Solely being requested by Broadway Pharmacy itself and no other entity. SO QUITE LYING to your customers trying to call it a copay of any sort. This again just shows how pathetic you are and trying to lie to cover your backside. $5 may not seem like a lot to most everyone but to me it is. I do not have a job due to my health. Live with a mom who is on social security/limited funds etc and we have to watch Every penny we spend. So being charged $5 and being told (after verifying with the state and my local case worker that my plan Has Zero CoPays At All) is Infuriating. And IF you charge a Fee that is not being charged by the insurance or covering program it it also against the the law. I may just press charges to bring about a review of all your records and see just how many people you are actually committing this offense against. In our phone conversation the pharmacist tried to convince me the charge was because they do not get money from the state for me to be able to pick up my medicine there. So instead the pharmacy on their Own Accord Charges a $5 FEE that they Just Call a copay but the pharmacy donates that money to a charity. If I had an extra $5 I should be the one choosing where it is spent. I will Absolutely be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. You are a Sad, Pathetic person and got caught literally Stealing from your customers and no matter how you try to lie and make it sound excusable you can't. My body may be failing me but my mind is fully intact and understands complete LIES when being told. If you are so upset about not making any money by offering the state program THEN Remove your pharmacy from being a participating provider. UNETHICAL PRACTICES. I found this pharmacy as it was on an approved list thru the State Program I use that provides my medication free They had issues figuring out how to work with the state causing my meds to end up a week late. The BIGGEST ISSUE is that they charged me twice for my medicine when I knew they shouldn't be I literally HAD to have it. After contacting my case worker, it was verified that the pharmacy was Not supposed to be charging me. The 3rd time I went in they tried charging me again, I advised them of what my caseworker said and that if they had a question to either call him or the state program to verify it. The cashier tried getting a hold of the pharmacist and was unable to so therefore gave me my meds for free as they should have to begin with. At that point I called my caseworker once again and advise that I just wanted a new pharmacy as these people seem to be very shady. I would absolutely not recommend going to this place and if you do I would make sure if you're on any type of assisted program that they are not even charging you $5 because depending on the program they may be charging you money and basically stealing it from you if you're not supposed to be paying at all. Shame on you Broadway pharmacy.

The prescription I have been taking for the past 9 years can carry some unwanted stigma. I have always been tretaed very poorly by the big box pharmacies, Walgreens, CVS, etc. I also travel for work and if I need to fill early they make you jump through hoops, if they even consider it at all. Since using Scripx, my experience has changed drmatically. The pharmacist Simer and Ryan are so kind, helpful, and respectful. I reccomend them to anyone considering using mail order.
