That being said, I am married and the definition of sacrifice is having my wife go to Walgreens for me. :) It is for that reason that I need to tell you about the Walgreens in Roseville. This Walgreens is more modern and open that some of the other Walgreens that I have visited. I don't get over this way very often however after the experience I had, this gives me reason to return more often. I was out running errands all around the cities. I started early and was busy most of the day. I stopped into this Walgreens as it was on my way North to a birthday party I was attending for my niece. As it turns out I was a little tight on time. I had a few items to pick up at Walgreens and thought to myself as I walked in that if I could be done within 10 minutes that I should be all right. Well that's when the sun came out and the birds started singing. I was greeted by this nice young lady named Jaime who asked if needed any help finding anything. I'm sure I had that deer in the headlights look and was an easy target. I explained the name of what I was looking for but couldn't think of the product description at the time. Jaime knew exactly what I was asking about and didn't point or tell me where to go, she led me over to the isle and pointed out their options including that they were on sale. She then asked which one I would like and picked them off the shelf and handed them to me. Talk about personal service. I then asked her where one other item was. She again led me like the Pied Piper to another isle where she again picked up the items from the shelf and handed them to me. I kind of floated up to the register and checked out. I wasn't in the store for more than a few minutes. I have to say that Jaime provided some of the best customer service that I have received anywhere! This totally made my day. Never underestimate the impact you can have on a person. I was in to make a simple pick up and Jaime turned that into a memorable experience. I would return to this Walgreens just for that amazing service.

However, this was probably one of the most dingy stores I've visited and not the nicest folks...as if any stores have consistently nice folks. It's a staple where most people get their discardable greeting cards. It's also where the sick flock to. It's a given, and because of that, these places can be kinda sketchy and I do feel for the employees that work there. You know, I do not have a problem with people going there with a mask on. Get your stuff, get home and get better, but sheesh! When you work there, it's just a given you are gonna run into those people. I went in there once to get some hair gel. What I wanted was out, but they were restocking. But what those employees get from the warehouse is just random boxes. It's crazy. It's not like one aisle has this and this is in that box, it is all random. But the employee was nice and dug through 3 or 4 boxes to find for me that they didn't have it. LOL Of course right? They can only work with what they are given and unless we shop somewhere else, things ain't gonna change. I did end up switching pharmacies when they were out of something once so I haven't had those problems. I've used them for shots and stuff and they are great. Walgreens. We can bitch about you, but you have us. Since there are two pages for this place, it's getting the double post treatment.

But then when I arrive at Walgreens, I'm told my prescriptions aren't ready and will be ready in 30-60min. I'll then get a notification about 10minutes later saying my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. Usually they are then ready. However, one time, I had to repeat the process. (October, 2016) ? -Handi used hacked hybrid screws from both sides of the atlantic, complicating maintenance? (september, 2016) --Assembly was required, at home, by the client with mobility impairment? initially, Handi tried to drop the chair off at my house as an afterthought on the way home from work at 7P. I got them to deliver it dduring business hours to take me through a test spin. The bulk of assembly was left to me,and remains incomplete. My bedroom became their workshop, in their absence . (Sept, 2016) By golly, I was hoping to roll into courage center for the equipment eval and see Reliable Medical , as the appointed vendor.
