The pharmacy tried to fill my prescription with unrefridgerated insulin. When questioned the pharmacist said it was fine. That does not agree with the insulin manufacturers stated storage guidelines. Be very careful with your insulin from this pharmacy. read more

The prescription auto attendant didn't work. Spoke to a pharmacist who said my prescription would be ready in 3 hours. Of course it wasn't. Seems like you have to call to fill the prescription AND call to verify the prescription is ready. it would be much easier on the workers if they didn't have to answer the phone-- but their system is broken read more

2025 I was first told my prescription was at a different pharmacy. I called it into the pharmacy I was trying to pick it up at. I have been getting prescriptions there for many years. Staff said medication was at Moundsview location. I asked her to call and see if it was there and she said no. Then she told me the medication had been stopped by my primary so she really had no info on it and couldn't tell if it had been filled. I told her the med expired and they needed to call in for a refill. She refused to do that. She told me I would have to go to my doctor and get a new order. Mind you this is a diabetic med I was almost out of. Walgreens always calls for refills on an expired meds. She was extrememly rude. I gave up. This is 3 times in a row the pharmacy had screwed up and was not nice. I have been with Walgreens 30 years and tonight I transfered my scripts to CVS. read more

I had a disgusting interaction with manager on duty evening of 06/06. She escalated a pricing situation by being combative and unacceptably rude. No person should experience this level of rudeness from a manager on duty anywhere. I escalated the concern to Walgreens and requested resolution, I hope that treating people that shop in this store is not part of their culture, but based on my experience it seems to be. read more

The Pharmacist Steven is unfriendly, patronizing and unprofessional. He is very quick to yell at customers and threaten to ban them from ever using their pharmacy again, does he not realize that there are many other pharmacies to choose from? Another customer compared him to the Soup Natzi from the Seinfield show. The other employees apologized to me for his behavior. I will find another pharmacy to utilize as long as that Pharmacist is still allowed to treat paying customers like that. read more

Nice store but the cashier checked me out and then gave me my bag back and I noticed that one of my items was missing (a gatorlyte). So I was checking the receipt and making sure that I had gotten it, and it ended up that I had paid for it. As he started quickly walking away, I said something about my missing item and he was like "what are you talking about?" So I fully described my gatorlyte that was missing and he walks back to the register opens a drawer and pulls the drink out of it. I was so taken aback! How dumb did he think I was? read more

There is a Walgreens in our neighborhood and it pains me to go in there. They are always busy and the service is really slow. That being said, I am married and the definition of sacrifice is having my wife go to Walgreens for me. :) It is for that reason that I need to tell you about the Walgreens in Roseville. This Walgreens is more modern and open that some of the other Walgreens that I have visited. I don't get over this way very often however after the experience I had, this gives me reason to return more often. I was out running errands all around the cities. I started early and was busy most of the day. I stopped into this Walgreens as it was on my way North to a birthday party I was attending for my niece. As it turns out I was a little tight on time. I had a few items to pick up at Walgreens and thought to myself as I walked in that if I could be done within 10 minutes that I should be all right. Well that's when the sun came out and the birds started singing. I was greeted by this nice young lady named Jaime who asked if needed any help finding anything. I'm sure I had that deer in the headlights look and was an easy target. I explained the name of what I was looking for but couldn't think of the product description at the time. Jaime knew exactly what I was asking about and didn't point or tell me where to go, she led me over to the isle and pointed out their options including that they were on sale. She then asked which one I would like and picked them off the shelf and handed them to me. Talk about personal service. I then asked her where one other item was. She again led me like the Pied Piper to another isle where she again picked up the items from the shelf and handed them to me. I kind of floated up to the register and checked out. I wasn't in the store for more than a few minutes. I have to say that Jaime provided some of the best customer service that I have received anywhere! This totally made my day. Never underestimate the impact you can have on a person. I was in to make a simple pick up and Jaime turned that into a memorable experience. I would return to this Walgreens just for that amazing service. read more

Excellent store, good location and a friendly staff keep us coming back to this store. We switched away from the pharmacy a year or so ago, though, because Blue Cross prescriptions were usually cheaper at Walmart, and one woman pharmacist at Walgreens that my wife always seemed to get was very unfriendly! Everyone else there was fine, but disagreeable employees should be encouraged to look for a place where they might be happier working. read more
