It says they're understaffed now and I understand that, but I've had terrible experiences even when they weren't short staffed. They can have a line of 8 people with only one tech checking people out and they literally don't even care. And no matter what time you go there's a huge line. They'll slowly walk across the pharmacy, don't care at all about making you wait. One of my visits I saw a tech getting angry with an old man who didn't understand his prescriptions. I've Had to wait 30 minutes standing in line for my prescription here. It's ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else.

Nobody has to pay for it. I had the vaccine there in 2023 so they should have had my Medicare card on file. The cashier asked me for my red, white and blue card, and I said if she meant my Medicare card, I told her they already had it but she didn't see it. She looked at the computer monitor again, said something about 'fixing it', and when I asked 'fix what?' she got very irritated and wouldn't tell me, except that now the cost was $0. I got the vaccine and the Pharmacist printed who they billed the vaccine to in 2023 and it wasn't Medicare, it was something I never heard of but found out it's related to my Medigap insurance. They didn't pay for it. They filed with the wrong insurance in 2023, didn't get paid, didn't refile with Medicare and tried the same thing again but it was denied. The cashier didn't ask me about my insurance and she didn't know to file it with Medicare and she didn't ask anybody for help. it was very frustrating for me. The girl needed a lot more training.

The downfall to this store are that the staffing downright stinks. They are always understaffed and it shows in the long lines at the pharmacy counter to talk to the nice people. They also seem to have a lot of empty shelves and do not plan ahead well for the seasonal "rushes" on things like cold and flu medicine. We don't use this location for anything more than a traditional pharmacy so I cannot really talk about candy selection or milk prices.
