The guy who we have seen at this fresh market pharmacy when we pick up our medication's always seems like we are inconveniencing him not friendly doesn't give eye contact, and today I couldn't get any help from him with my prescription that the doctor continues to refill because I have an issue that is very painful. There is absolutely no patient advocacy, and if you have prescriptions for opioids, do not go here they are very prejudiced. We get looked at with very ugly stairs from the male pharmacist when we pick up our buprenorphine. I guess he would rather us go overdose on heroin, then get actual recovery treatment. I'm suffering with a very painful injury to my muscle. It's called piriformis and it can last up to 10 years and it's very painful. It is a disorder with the glute muscle from it being overworked that causes you not to be able to sit at all! I have lost a lot of weight due to my Crohn's issues so my muscles are not able to support themselves I suffer from Crohn's, which causes me to end up with bile in my mouth if I lay down flat at night on my back or stomach so that means I have to sleep setting up. So I have to sit in order to sleep. I was written 90 of the 5 mg Flexeril From the Ogden clinic along with some anti-inflammatories the Flexeril were so mild that I had to take three at 2 PM when my pain started hurting in order to get any relief combined with two Celebrex. And then at 10 o'clock when I'm getting ready for bed, I have to take four in order to go to sleep otherwise I don't sleep. I am having to sit directly on an already irritated muscle, and this pharmacist thinks that I just have all the time in the world to waste and wait on doctors to call back and give certain instructions because, he doesn't want the label to have the wrong instructions. As long as I know what I'm taking and how many I need what does it matter what that label says? I'm sick and tired of no advocacy in the pharmacy anymore. I feel as though this pharmacist is withholding my ability to fill this medication because they want to make sure that the doctor is aware of how many I'm taking while the doctor is the one who has been refilling the medication now three times and less than two months. If I'm prescribed 90 pills over the course of 30 days and she is refilling that twice within 30 days. What does that tell you ? That the doctor is well aware of how I am taking that medication. I am a 10 year recovered heroin and cocaine addict. If I wanted real drugs, I could get them. I could go get something a heck of a lot stronger than Flexeril right now if I wanted also. I do not appreciate the disrespect. I also don't appreciate how this pharmacist refused to call the doctor but wanted me to make those calls. Don't pharmacist take an oath to advocate for patients? And if that pharmacist knows that it's gonna take a long time for me to get in touch with that doctor. Why doesn't that pharmacist want me to be able to have my medication as soon as possible so I can be out of pain? There are people that killed themselves over piriformis syndrome. You can google that. this seriously affects your mental health and this pharmacist had no compassion for me whatsoever. I will never go back to fresh market. read more

Fresh Market is a great store to shop at they have fresh produce and there shelf's are always stocked. They have great staff that helps you find what you are looking for. They have things from meats, produce to pharmacy. And the last thing is they have great prices. I definitely recommend going there. Thank you Fresh Market! read more

Never had a problem before, until this weekend. Story time: Placed a cake order for my sister-in-law's 30th birthday at the Fresh Market on Harrison in South Ogden. Picked a cute mermaid cake and expected THAT cake. On Sunday, the day of the party, my in-laws went to pick it up, and pay for it. They said the lady in the bakery was so proud of all the "sparkles" she had so graciously added to our cake. When I showed up to the party I noticed the cake they picked up WASN'T EVEN CLOSE to the same one I asked for. When I called to complain about the cake NOT being the cake that I ordered the lady who decorated the cake had the SHITTIEST attitude. "I'm not a cake decorator, I don't know what you expect." "Well you already took it, I don't know what you expect me to do." After telling her about 5 times I was done arguing with her and would only speak further to her supervisor, she finally transferred me. We ended up getting a full refund for the cake but I seriously doubt I'll order from them again. Why have someone decorate cakes if they "arent a cake decorator"?! Top 3 reasons to shop at Fresh Market on Harrison: 1) The employees are super helpful, amazing people. 2) The spicy corn salad in the deli case. Seriously. 3) Due to what I assume is a lack of demand in the area, you can find the most amazing things in the manager's special case in the meat department. My finds include halibut, Norwegian lox, and lobster tails. The biggest downside is that the selection is a bit limited. You can get almost everything, but I've had to go elsewhere for ingredients such as celery root or glass noodles (but, in all honesty, that's pretty demanding of me, no?). That said, I love the customer service here, and the aforementioned corn salad, so this is our grocery store of choice. read more

Literally anytime I get produce from here, it is bad the next day. I stopped getting it here for a while, driving much further out of my way to get it at Smith's. Yesterday, I had very limited time, so I went here again. I got produce-- half a cantelope and some strawberries-- they are, as I should have expected, moldy today (the very next day). Needless to say, whether I'm in a rush or not, I will no longer be shopping here for produce. And I would advise everyone else does the same. read more

I use fresh market as it is the CLEANEST of the two stores in my neighborhood and the emloyees are good. As a seventy year old person who cannot lift things I appreciate it when the checkers get someone to help me take my coke and other heavy things to the car and load them into the trunk. The wallmart down the road is newer but it is filthy, the people are rude and there is no one to help you load the groceries. The food prices are about the same price as I buy mostly fresh food. When my 90 year old mother was here visiting, they helped her load her groceries also. There is a nice Smith store several miles from here but it is too large for me to walk thru with my disability. They have electric carts but they don't hold many groceries. Thank heavens that we still have employees that care and people who can keep an old store clean. read more
