After no one else seemed to know where they were, after explaining that FedEx said they had delivered them to this location with written FedEx note that I showed them, they still couldn't find the box. Because I need these injections to breathe right, and they are expensive, I was panicked. I was told by pharmacy that they were probably delivered to other Walgreens. So I went on a hunt to other Walgreens. Finally after two days, I was told to speak with Blake, and he found the box in about 10 minutes in the refrigerated cool room where they were supposed to be. Her name began with an L. (Lori? Or something). Kelly began assisting me while the L lady helped her process it, and it seemed as if she were in training. They were both Very nice and very professional. In the end, it turned out that my insurance would not cover it, but including tax, it was only $41.00. I already had the medication to go inside, and each urgent care visit co-pay is $50.00, so it was still a win for me.
