Bad attitude s and not even a thank you and/ or goodbye. The Pharmacist had and even nastier attitude. The way she spoke to me was rude and arrogant. Will not be using CVS pharmacy again. Their pharmacy is understaffed and overworked. I feel badly for the people who work there. There is usually a line and people sometimes get rude with the pharmacist when it isn't really their fault. Corporate Walgreens should add more people. I will say the store is laid out well and is always neat and tidy. But, like the pharmacy, the other departments and checkout are understaffed leading to waits before you can leave. Personally, I like Walgreens for quick purchases. Unless I'm picking up a prescription, I find I go to other quick shops to get what I need and don't consider going to Walgreens.

I had to leave her in my car in order to bring the script in. When I got to the pharmacy tech I asked if he could have it delivered as my mom was in the car. He said give me a few minutes. It's smaller that most other Walmarts I've been to, and thus isles feel a little cramped. I am generally able to find what I need , but it is still a limited selection compared to the bigger stores. It does the bare minimum as a Walmart but I do not favor this place that much. They do not carry produce whatsoever, only stock pre packaged, boxed and canned foods. (Which isn't good for families in the area) I feel I spend too much time whenever I'm here and I just can't vibe with it. The sketch feel and overall subpar atmosphere is just not for me. If there was less development in the area I'd be inclined to avoid it altogether.

However, their prices are on the higher side. If I do have to pick something up at Walgreens, having such a wide variety of other items is just convenient. What is problematic is their staffing, particularly in their pharmacy. There is always a wait, whether you use their drive through or pick it up in the store. I feel badly for their pharmacists and Walgreens should consider adding staff to stores where there are long waits.

Got my COVID shot here in October 2023. I always get my flu shots at my doctor's office and got all…read moremy prior COVID shots and boosters at Cook County Public Health, but they aren't doing COVID shots anymore, so I had to make an appointment at a Walgreens. I get a lot of prescriptions filled, and over the years I've seen lots of crabby people waiting forever for shots, which is why I always got my shots elsewhere. So I was expecting a horrible experience. But that's not what I got at all. Making the appointment was super easy with the app , which I use frequently, since again, a lot of prescriptions.... And because of a lot going on in my personal life, I had to reschedule the appointment twice, which was also easy to do in the app. However due to tragic distractions, I showed up for my appointment three days late. When I realized my mistake, I was able to make another appointment for later that afternoon, and was literally in and out of there within 5 minutes. And they were so kind about my missed appointment. I really appreciate the kindness, compassion, and professionalism, and will come back here for all my yearly immunizations from now on.

I went in to CVS to resolve a problem with my prescription sent over by the doctor's office. When…read morethe pharmacist was approaching, I noticed she looked irritated before she even got to me. When she did get to the counter, I told her what I needed. The pharmacist started yelling at me telling me she couldn't help me and to get out her pharmacy and go somewhere else. I don't think her name is CVS, so I don't know why she thinks it's her pharmacy. I spoke to her in a normal tone. I have no clue why this lady went bezerk. She was rude, unprofessional, and uncaring for someone who handles medicine for the public. She never asked me my name or anything to even try to go into my account to problem solve. I wouldn't trust her to fill medicine for a fish. I wouldn't let anyone I know or care about go there. This pharmacist should not be working with the public. She is the one who needs to go somewhere else but definitely not a pharmacy or anywhere where there are people.
