Then I got harrassed for my Medicare # even though I provided my insurance card (Medicare PPO). That wouldn't have been so bad being asked for that EXCEPT that my husband went several months ago for his covid jabs (both of them) at the very same AuBurn Pharmacy and he was never asked for his Medicare # - and, mind you, he has the very same insurance that I do. So, I went on their website and sent them my Medicare # several days after receiving the jab VIA EMAIL - but they don't check their email. This is ridiculous. My husband didn't get this hassle whatsoever! I thought these covid jabs were supposed to be FREE. What an absolute mess! I'm not at ALL impressed with AuBurn Pharmacy after they've singled me out to harrass me for the Medicare # - that I provided them VIA EMAIL. CHECK YOUR EMAIL or delete that option for consumers.

If we don't get your medication in - we'll see if another Walmart has it. WTF? The online refill system just says pending from the request last week - that's why I requested it again. On another occasion, when I called in about my refill that was requested three days earlier, the person answering the phone said, "We have over a hundred prescriptions to fill. I will see if I can move yours up to the top." HIRE ANOTHER PHARACIST! You can't tell me that Walmart can't afford to hire more help - even part time. Walmart Pharmacies are the worst.

She said she didnt understand but she was just there to watch us. It was very invading and we felt very uncomfortable. We finished and left, but my husband and I are older. It upset my husband enough to forget where he parked. It was horible. My problem is...if she was there to survelance us then why don't they just hire her as a cashier. This was a very bad encounter, and we will avoid going to this WM. I dont recognize this side of Olathe, very frightening. We had some issues with picking up but weren't getting upset over it, they asked us to wait and we kindly sat down but the pharmacist helping us was extremely extremely rude, impolite, impatient, and got visibly and physically angry slamming things down on the table. It's the one with colored hair and she's old and white. She's very rude, if you see here you're better off just walking away and finding another pharmacy to get your prescription filled at. The gentleman who took over talking with us when the lady ultimately walked away upset, we asked to speak to him farther away so she wouldn't hear us and he refused to talk somewhere else. When I commented to pharmacy technician about extremely long wait she laughed and offered no apology or explanation. I will not use drive through again due to this ridiculous situation. Because what I've noticed is CVS nationwide have on average a 8% increase in pricing over everywhere else. I believe the reason is because of not buying in bulk. I don't think I'm leaking any secrets here as that's just what I've observed. Most of the shelves were stocked but the products in the fridge and freezer where sparse as if no one restocked them in ages. One thing I have noticed is CVS gets in interesting holiday supplies like Danish cookies for Xmas. I never seen these cookies anywhere else so that is worth remembering. As for the pharmacy they're ok I suppose. They're relatively quick to fill orders yet sometimes they get backed up and their "manners" are questionable. I won't hold that against them though as it's a tough job, I just figured I'd point it out. CVS is a place where many of us get our medications filled and as far as that aspect, they're about average speed, maybe a smidge under but with a nice staff. Inside the store portion of the freestanding unit, prices aren't competitive and I would pass on anything that needs refrigeration. As for me since the pharmacy is right around the corner, I find them capable of fulfilling my order so I'll be back.

It seems like if they're not out of something or if I need a refill I can't seem to get them all done on the same day so I have to make multiple trips every time. And they won't transfer my prescription to another Walgreens location when they are out of it. And if I don't pick up my prescription right away and they cancel it, that burns that prescription so I have to call my doctor again to get it refilled again, even though I could've picked it up a day ago, except these twits are closed for lunch during my lunch break and I work until 8 most days, so it's Saturday I'm off and went to pick it up. but because it was canceled, now I can't get it. This makes no sense and it's just one more hassle I have to go through. So sick of Walgreens, Doctors and prescriptions. The system blows, and their process blows.
