So I called the pediatrician's office and they said they called it in. I went inside to double check and the guy behind the counter found that it was in there but had been deleted for some reason. One, I had a family member go in to pick my scripts as I was at home sick, they said they had three scripts (which was right) but then they only gave her two and told her that if the third one was really mine I would need to come back in and get it. It was just prescription strength vitamin D. I went back in the next day and they claimed they never had the third prescription. After this last time I have change pharmacies. But after waiting in the line a cashier yell out that they were closing in 10 minutes, as if we were supposed to leave. She was very rude, unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. When I got up to the counter she just stated "Date of birth?". Super rude it took me less than 4 minutes for the whole transaction but she was awful about it. Today to avoid in person interaction, I called and was hung up on repeatedly. I would be on hold and when the calls kept ringing with no answer I just went back through the directory and was rerouted back to the pharmacy line. And after going around like this for 15 minutes I would get hung up on repeatedly. I just switched my pharmacy to another location. When I called that one the phone was answered immediately and my question was answered. Everyone is short staffed and tired but that location has gone downhill.
