The people are so friendly and welcoming, they make each visit great. Before going for check up or anything, you need to make an appointment. Most of the time there are a lot of open spots, and they give options on time as well. They work with your schedule, and make sure you get what you ask for you. You can either call to set up or walk in to make your appointment. What I love the most is that they give you a reminder card and they also call you the day before your appointment, to make you are able to make it or if you need to cancel it. The doctors always have good referrals. The office is a bit small, they have about four or five personal rooms for check up, but they share this building. There is street parking, it doesn't really get that crowded so you are able to find parking real close. I will not switch from them, because they are as good as it gets.

In addition, Ryan has failed to return my calls or respond to my concerns despite multiple attempts to contact him by phone and in person. I expect these issues to be investigated and addressed promptly. Please provide a response regarding the actions that will be taken to resolve these concerns.

They always verify with me if it is ok to text, mail, leave a voicemail. I appreciate that. I have been a long time patient of Evergreen and do not trust my care with anyone else. From primary care staff, specialty care staff, to pharmacy services personnel, all physicians and nurses, and all other employees including those behind the scene, I watched them grow from a small one doctor practice into an awesome large revamped multi-specialty building still treating the same community....and then even more. So I'll save you a trip- go to as she told me over the phone to go to an urgent care because they literally don't do anything here except take tax dollar money and sit on their ass. They don't ever have enough providers for their hours of operation and can't accommodate to work schedules.

At one point I asked about a B-12 test, because my last GP had tested for it as a routine. I was berated for asking for it and was questioned in an accusatory tone why I needed it and what was I not telling her. When I said well, I don't really know and that my GP had always tested for it, she reluctantly agreed. (Since then I understand that Vitamin absorption is a concern with my specific thyroid issues.) From here she continued to display an arrogant attitude that I just completely just wanted to get the visit over with. It was hands down, the worst Dr. visit I've had in my life. (53 years) I left with the intention of never going back. Since then I've sought out a Functional medicine NP, which I am paying out of pocket for, because I just don't think most physicians, (including my Gyno), have the time to truly ask the thoughtful questions, prescribe enough tests and do a good follow-up. I like my gyno NP, she is nice and professional (who is also with Buffalo Medical group) she just seems to be on a short time schedule.

I even brought a book with me expecting to be waiting around a while but I didn't need it. After my initial vitals were taken Mike the PA came in a few minutes later. He was friendly and listened to my concerns. I thought everyone here was lovely including the xray tech on. I didn't catch her name but she was super sweet and friendly. I was in and out in under an hour and this was with a chest xray and breathing treatment. Mike sent my prescriptions in immediately and they were ready basically in 10 min at my pharmacy. I would highly recommend coming here and make an appointment if you can.

Yes, it's open 24 hours which sounds convenient but don't fall for it. It's not worth it.
