A little friendly neighborhood family-owned pharmacy. These kinds of places have been largely run out of business by the likes of CVS and Walgreens and Rite Aid. It's really good to see that there are still a few left in business, and for that reason I would always give these guys my business over any of the major chains if possible.

In Vancouver the pharmacy always worked around discriminent govt. burocracy and made sure I was taken care of. Not in Ontario. There are several large retailers in the area but they do not carry some of the products that I need in a pinch. This store is close to home, clean and easy to navigate. There have been times when it's hard to find someone to check me out at the register because they're stocking shelves but overall this is great store.

I proceeded to explain to the girl behind the counter at wegmans what I was told at St Marys. She went back to ask the pharmacist and he.said,"No, we don't take them. Just throw them out!" But after waiting in the line a cashier yell out that they were closing in 10 minutes, as if we were supposed to leave. She was very rude, unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. When I got up to the counter she just stated "Date of birth?". Super rude it took me less than 4 minutes for the whole transaction but she was awful about it. Today to avoid in person interaction, I called and was hung up on repeatedly. I would be on hold and when the calls kept ringing with no answer I just went back through the directory and was rerouted back to the pharmacy line. And after going around like this for 15 minutes I would get hung up on repeatedly. I just switched my pharmacy to another location. When I called that one the phone was answered immediately and my question was answered. Everyone is short staffed and tired but that location has gone downhill.
