We stopped her to pick up some beverages and gas. I was able to get Dunkin coffee, which is inside. They try to sell you tinkets when you walk in. The card reader was broken at every gas pump because they want you to walk inside. It was convenient because it's right next store to the casino. read more

After a hefty walk I was in need of some liquids and some relief. I did not want to revisit a spot I had already went to and this was literally on my way back to my hotel. Seneca has a strong hold on the area just outside the tourist district. Not a bad thing, just noticeable. The lot for the gas station was big and prices seemed to be on par for the area. This also houses a Dunkin' in side for your coffee fix or if you wanted to grab a few donuts. I came in with the first thing on my mind, facilities. They are single person use only and I had to wait a bit. The door finally came open and the guy before me came out. Odd, no noise when he was in here...because he did not flush. Wasn't here to visit another person's kids. Aside from that, the facilities were clean. When I was finished with that I came out and started to browse the coolers. I wasn't seeing anything in the main coolers that was going to quench my thirst. Then I noticed the multiple mini coolers throughout the store. I saw one that had nothing but water in it and grabbed one. Pricing here is what is great. A buck for a big bottle of water would keep me coming back. Now I don't ever have a problem and i frequently give my business here on a average of 5 to 6 days a week for varies items especially my coffee drinks but tonight can't give the name because she refused to give it. but I can say as my husband and I walked in we approached the counter were the employee was sitting in a chair and on the phone . She was VERY IRROGRANT. I can go into more detail but this was my very first incounter with said employee and was not pleased at all the other employee which I removed my self from the IRROGRANT employee s line serviced me with dignity . She tried to defuse the situation but the other rude and ignorant employee keep running her mouth. My husband calmed me down and we left. If you don't wanna work with the public why are you there noone told you you had to work there we didn't fill out your application and show up for an interview you did. But YOU DEFINITELY DO NOT NEED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC AS IRROGRANT AS YOU WERE YOU NEED TO BE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS STOCKING THE COOLERS OR SOMETHING. Being in the public eye is clearly not For you. I usually stop at the store when I have to make my trips to Niagara falls and they also have a gas station they are usually fully stocked the customer service is great and they also have a Dunkin' donuts inside the store I find this a nice location across from the casino to stop and pick up a few goodies for myself and they are also fully stocked with cigarettes if you are a smoker the customer service is always friendly and they are very helpful and every once in awhile I will go over to Dunkin' donuts to get me a honey crueller which are very good and there is never a long wait in line to get the gasoline which is a little bit cheaper read more

Very good gast station. The parking lot is always full of cars coming and going but it's spacious enough to navigate through. The pumps are easy to use and it's self pay at the pump if you're using a credit card. I'm not sure if it's common but it was a little annoying that the pump cut off after $75. And don't judge me.... I drive an old truck and I was being lazy all week. So when it was time to fill it it was time to fill up. So I had to pull my card out again and go through the process for $17 more. Pretty annoying. Other than that not too bad. At the time they had the cheapest gas and they are close by. read more

GO ELSEWHERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Cash only? No way to fill tank? Seriously? Not being able to pay at the pump was a hassle but when go inside and say want to fill up the car and the person asks "How much do you want to pay?" Idk. Idk how much it'll cost to fill my tank. I offer to leave my credit card, as security that I'll come back and pay once the car was full, and the response was no credit. I know. I just want to fill up. How much? I've got a couple of bars on the tank which equates to who the heck knows how many gallons on EVERY car. Multiplication isn't the problem there's just no way to know how much my tank will take. The credit card is for security as there's no way to know how much it costs to fill my car. We don't take credit. We only take cash How much? Seriously? So I put some cash on the counter, enough to not worry about getting to the next gas station. It's like the Seneca Casino doesn't realize a gas station is not like slot machine. I understand casinos are a cash only business. But the Seneca's gas station isn't a casino. So requiring cash is ridiculous. Especially during COVID. It's irresponsible to require an unnecessary cash transaction when credit is standardized and has been for decades. What century/millennia is it here? Unless the money is flowing through the casino. That's a reason to require cash. To commingle the casino and the gas station seems weird but who knows what's going on other than less than average service and an unpleasant service. read more

I would give it less than one star if that was an available option!! I was there yesterday around 6 pm and all three of the "employees" at the counter for cigarettes were entirely cruel to me! I have never, ever experienced such disservice any place in my lifetime! The first one got my cartons in a bag and then I asked for a lighter, and she gave me one that is called a "torch," which had no instructions on how to use it, so I asked for a normal lighter and she said they didn't have any lighters, but I could see them right there in the two shelves below the "torch" lighter that she put on the counter for me. I said I want a regular and she said they didn't have any but I could see them right there! Then she disappeared and went someplace apparently in a room behind the area we were in and didn't come back, so I asked the other "clerk" out there in the checkout next to where I was, and she said something I could hear (I am deaf and I told the first clerk waiting on me that as well.) and she waved me away like she couldn't be bothered. Then the first clerk came back and went to the register next to where I was waiting for her. The bag with my two cartons had disappeared. I asked here where it was and she ignored me and another woman came to where I was and had a name tag on that said "team leader" and I asked for a lighter and where my cartons were and she said we don't have lighters, so I said I'll take the torch and my two cartons, which she finally gave me and I paid and left after telling her this is why I "love" coming to that store (which I don't) because the clerks are so rude. Being the "leader" she was obviously in charge. Can anyone tell me what I did to deserve that treatment fro the beginning? There is no label or name on the "torch" lighter nor instructions on how to use it and at home here the next day, I still can't figure out how it works! Why this store hires such rude and terrible people is beyond my imagination! I advise people to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE AND WORSE FOR MONTHS!
