I always thought that "fast track" was when you go on a date, and things escalate quickly. But what…read moredo I know. This is an awesome gas station in one of the lowest income neighbourhoods in the WNY region. Poor neighbourhoods generally have to pay more for gas (I have no idea why), but that is no longer the case around Bailey and the 33, because Fast Trac has - at the very least - mid-range prices, and often is cheaper than most competitors. Also, gas stations in poor areas are sometimes run down and overcrowded and claustrophobic. This one is the opposite. It looks brand new, it has more pumps than Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1977, and is spacious and almost - gasp - luxurious. I'm not sure what the whole "loyalty card" thing is about, but they take it to the extent that they advertise their loyalty gas price as prominently as the regular price, which I think is misleading. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. It's sometimes hard to find a gas station on the East Side, and this place really ups the standards and raises the bar. People in poor neighbourhoods are just as deserving of clean, safe, well-lit, spacious gas stations as anyone else. Thanks Fast-Trac. Now just learn how to spell "track" and we'll be all good.

They have all the snacks and goodies you crave. They sell cheap pizza and hot dogs. They have the tall Arizona drinks and every soda and energy drink you could dream of. They have ice cream. They have a decent craft beer selection too but it's mostly IPAs since it seems like that's what people in Buffalo like. Even though the place is really called Cameron's 24-hour Store, most everyone I know calls it "We Never Close". I think this is because the two neon "WE NEVER CLOSE" signs blind you from seeing the "Cameron's 24 Hour Store" sign. Me and my friend used to love the fact that the place was called "We Never Close". I experienced a mild crisis when I found out it wasn't the real name. This is probably my favorite convenience store in the city. The people who work here are always super nice.

This is absolutely one of the greatest hidden little lunch spots in downtown Buffalo. I work a block over, so I've been here many times and I can honestly say I have never had something bad from here. I tried their fried bologna today, and I can honestly say it was the best I have had in Buffalo. Their subs are great - which is weird, because the ingredients are pretty normal, but somehow they taste better than other places. My very favorite part is their breakfast sandwiches. They're kind of like crack for me. Unlike Timmy Ho's or Dunkin, they make them on bread that they bake fresh in the store every morning and the eggs/sausage/bacon/whatever is usually cooked fresh on the grill as well. I haven't tried one, but the salads get rave reviews at my office too. And, finally, the staff (Nick, Mike, Deb and some very experienced cooks) are super friendly and down-to-earth as well. Sorry if I sound like a fanboy here. I've been meaning to write this review for a while. Kudos are well-deserved. Be forewarned: This place serves all kinds - Lawyers and hobos, side by side. It is an experience, but definitely in a good way. (Note: there are three Holly Farms stores in Buffalo. This one on Pearl St. downtown, one on Allen, and one on E. Delavan. They aren't related to each other. This review is for the downtown one.)
