I called today and spoke with a woman who worked in that department. Not only did she have the guts to basically call me a liar over the phone but her over all attitude was TERRIBLE. She interrupted nearly everything I said, her tone was flippant and it was obvious that she didn't care. Once she started to pick up on the fact that I was probably going to write a review about her specifically she began to offer me "options".... The funny thing is I wouldn't even be writing this review if she hadn't presented such horrible customer service and attitude. I tend to be pretty understanding regardless of how negative a situation is for me because let's face it sometimes it isn't the person's fault on the other end of the phone and I get that.... This gal was just rude and that isn't something I tolerate very well. Hope I don't have to run into her when I'm finally able to pick up my medications because I will probably ask her if she would like to talk about her personal problems because it seems like her bad moods are spilling over into her work :/ My rant is done.

Melissa (sorry a I didn't get her last name) is always pleasant and extremely helpful in person or on the phone. I've stood in line and know first hand customers can be very rude. Another associate , last name Rieth is also always pleasant. Establishment's like this need to keep store shelves filled, medications on hand, cleaned and maintained, even when short staffed without the benefit of cutting back on products or hours to ease the work load. For that reason alone, and many others, people need to cut them some slack and offer some gratitude.

Waiting in the drivethru at the window for upwards of 15 minutes while the small gentleman makes eye contact with you and then disappears- the camera is pointed right at the drivethru window and you can see yourself on the monitor above the pharmacy counter from your car so you know they can see you as well. Had to call them once from the drivethru window to inquire about my 3 prescription after a long and painful 14 minutes of watching the small man dodge doing his job WHICH isn't anything new and EVERYONE talks about it. Shameful.

Not sure who makes that business decision to shut the pharmacy down rather than leaving half the staff there while half the staff takes their lunch. Even with this ridiculous policy, I arrived five minutes before their lunchtime and just needed a quick flu shot which takes no more than two or three minutes, nobody else was there waiting in line. It was just me they left me stand at the counter for three minutes before coming to the counter and telling me well they were just getting ready to leave for lunch and I would have to leave and come back some other time to get my flu shot, I ridiculously bad customer service and ridiculously bad policy to send the entire staff off for lunch at the same time in the middle of the day and shut the whole pharmacy down.

I am from Dallas TX and…read moreI just spent 5 weeks in Buchanan MI and all of my numerous encounters in this store were extremely positive. I would say 20 of my trips here were always after 9 pm. Each time I needed something if one individual could not find it for me they would gather all the employees they needed to help me. Each night they were stocking and filling the shelves with new product, finding what I needed was not an issue. There were never ANY lines to check out at 11 pm. ( I am not fond of the enactment of me checking myself out after 10:40 now especially when I had 400 dollars of groceries). I was extremely impressed with all of the late night staff in this store. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. I made several trips during the day also and had no problems with lines either at checkout or the service desk. Keep in mind I did a pick up order at a specific time because of an appointment. Well because of waiting, appointment was missed. I also has asked for no substitution and got them. I called customer service because waiting 45 mins because of their error was inconvenient. I was promised a refund of my order. 2 days go by and I get an email that my request was denied. So I call again and again explain the story and again am promised a refunded. As of today it was 11 days so I called to dins out about my refund. I was told it was denied again. I explained that I had been promised twice and it was terrible customer service to promise this and then not follow through. He guaranteed me a refund. 2 hours later ... I get an email my requested was denied. So I am on the phone for the 4th time trying to get my refund. At this point, I am extremely mad. So when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that she would put in the request for the refund again. It isnt a request at this point, its a demand. I have now been on hold for a supervisor for 20 mins. After 5 years of pick up orders, I complain 1 time ang get the run around. I was just told that because I have been denied for a refund already they can only do a promo code $25 off $45. Bye bye Walmart.

Decent little pharmacy place in South Bend...just like the Walgreens that is across the street from…read moreit. While it seems like this corner is overbuilt with pharmacies...this one was nice. They have all the usual stuff - notions and knick-knacks - and of course a full service pharmacy. Can't comment on pharmaceuticals since we weren't there for that, but they serve all the other usuals too. We'd go back as the staff was nice and they had what we needed...recommended.

I checked one, it looked fine. When I got to the school to hand them out, the other 19 were unacceptable. Ink smears covered all the information and what wasn't covered was cut off. But I was over a barrel and had to give them out with my phone number written on the back. All this would have been avoided if the employees were trained to check the pictures first. I've taken my fearful daughter here for a flu shot and so much kindness came flowing from the staff to calm her. It was not an easy day. But the staff at UC pharmacy truly care about each of their clients, and this is not an overstatement. I drive from out of state to use this pharmacy simply because they take that good of care of me.
