Waiting in the drivethru at the window for upwards of 15 minutes while the small gentleman makes eye contact with you and then disappears- the camera is pointed right at the drivethru window and you can see yourself on the monitor above the pharmacy counter from your car so you know they can see you as well. Had to call them once from the drivethru window to inquire about my 3 prescription after a long and painful 14 minutes of watching the small man dodge doing his job WHICH isn't anything new and EVERYONE talks about it. To make things quicker, we did ask where to find the items we were looking for, and an employee helped us quickly. Everything was really quick and the employees here were pretty great. I am not a part of the rewards program because I don't really go to Ulta and the employee was going to sign me up but I explained I was feeling a lot of anxiety and wanted to leave really bad so I explained that and she got us on our way while also explaining next time I should sign up because it only takes like a minute or I can do it at home.

I was visiting here for a wedding. I made a Custom Makeover reservation on Sephora's easy to use mobile app since I had a wedding nearby. I am a Rouge Level for their membership program, so I was able to get this free of charge. Normally it would be free with a $50+ purchase for anyone. I arrived 10 minutes prior, and they were able to take me right away. Madeline was my specialist. She asked me what type of look I was going for, things I liked, things I didn't, my skin type, and if I wanted to purchase eyelashes with my makeover. She tested my skin tone to get the best match. She talked to me all through the session telling me about the products she was using, and even wrote them down for me so if I liked them I could purchase them at a later date. She did a fabulous job and I did end up getting a few things on the list. She was a dream to work with and I looked lovely at the wedding. I would definitely visit this Sephora again!
