Went to this Walgreens to get flu and Covid immunizations. It was pleasant and seamless. Right on time.

Thank God for this place. My 9 yr old nephew was bitten in the face by a pit bull at 9pm. We rushed him to Elkhart General Hospital and they stitched him up and sent him home with pain meds and antibiotics. It was just after midnight so literally EVERY pharmacy in Elkhart was closed. This is the only actual 24 hour pharmacy in a 50 mile radius. The pharmacist was incredibly helpful and kind and was able to get us everything we need to take care of our little one. Not that I wish anyone to need a pharmacy in the middle of the night but if you ever do, this is the place for you! read more

Compared to the other walgreens especially, this pharmacy was really disappointing. We were there for over 40 minutes with no indication of how long t was going to take after they screwed it up, and the pharmacist was pretty rude. Plus, we were overcharged. Helpful and friendly staff in both pharmacy and throughout the store. The entire store was neat and very cleanly. The pharmacist helped me through issues with my insurance so I could get my prescription filled in a timely manner and he even offered an OTC substitution that could get me through until I could pick up my prescription the next day. The woman at the check out area was fast and friendly, helping me fill out information to get a new Walgreen's card and giving me a coupon. Great visit overall. I will definitely be returning to this location when future needs arise. read more

Pharmacy techs can be really rude. I understand that they are busy, but ignoring someone standing right in front of you is NOT okay.

Used Walgreens for the fast and fine service for printing pictures. First time using this store for printing my pictures. Ordered my print online and went into the store to pick up my order. When I got there, a good 15 minutes after my designated pick up time, I was told there was no order under my name. I showed my confirmation email showing my order and the additional email saying my picture is being processed. Once the manager came to address the problem she simply told me to resubmit my order and to wait. No apology or collaboration to resolve the problem. Will not be using this Walgreens for future printing services. read more
