I regret not stocking up on graphic novels while they were half off! I doubt this discount will exist the next time I stop in... Kathy, the owner took time to greet me and my sister and chat with us. We're both book lovers and we're impressed with the selection. I really wish I could give your shop, the experience, and our consultant more than five stars…read more When we arrived to the shop, we were greeted in the best welcoming manner any bride, and her entourage could receive. We were instructed to go upstairs where we would meet our daughter's bridal consultant. Jen introduced herself and let me tell you there is nothing unforgettable about her. From her welcoming presence, to her huge smile, and especially the way she made our daughter feel very special. Jen led us to our seats which were so comfortable. It felt like we were going to experience this bridal dress shopping in the comfort of our own home. In front of us was this large room full of mirrors, a pedestal, and curtains held open by metal tiebacks. Jen took her daughter and started looking at dresses. Jen asked our daughter so many questions. She wanted to know our daughter personally, so she could select the correct gowns. Jen assisted our daughter getting her gown on and she'd open up those curtains and it was like this grand experience. The last gown our daughter tried on was the most beautiful and perfectly designed for her. It's like consultant Jen knew that this was the finale gown. We explained to Jen that we had another bridal appointment at one of the chain bridal store. Jen took our daughter's measurements for the finale gown our daughter loved. Our daughter did not receive her bridal moment at the chain store and the dresses she tried on did not compare to her finale gown at your shop. Our daughter called your shop back and asked if she could come back and try on that finale gown one more time. Jen was right there to welcome us. Jen had our daughter in the gown with the veil and she grandly opened up those curtains and there wasn't a dry eye in the place. Our daughter said, "I say yes to the dress". A huge thank you to our consultant Jen and Simply Yours for the best bridal experience, a bride-to-be could ever have. Review submitted by Bonus Mom and Mom

There are those companies that go above and beyond. Lincoln Avenue Cycling definitely went above…read moreand beyond for me. It's no secret that I'm a wheelchair user. It's also no secret that I do a lot of long-distance events. This past week, I did a 150-mile wheelchair ride for charity. As I wheeled into Rochester, Indiana I realized I'd gotten a flat tire because of the somewhat inconsistent surface along one part of the Nickel Plate Trail. Fortunately, I was at the end of my wheeling day and we began searching for a repair option. After a promising option fell through, we looked ahead to Goshen (my next city) and had Lincoln Avenue recommended to us. It's not uncommon for active wheelchair users to use bike shops for tire issues - while not every bike shop carries the right tires, it's generally accepted in the bike community. So, I had high hopes when I saw that Lincoln Avenue carried the Terra Trike (a recumbent bike). Lincoln Avenue absolutely delivered. They tend to prefer that wheelchair users contact them in advance to make sure they have the right parts, though they can also get them in a day or two when needed. I was fortunate that they had what I needed. We called in advance. We arrived. They worked on the wheelchair. They got me going and pretty much saved my charity ride or at least kept me from an undesired major delay. The staff was professional. The crew did the repair well and it held up for the rest of my ride and I was able to complete my event and return home safely. I always worry when I'm on the road in some of Indiana's smaller towns about a breakdown. It's great to know that there's an awesome bike shop like Lincoln Avenue in Northeastern Indiana. Goshen is a small college town and it's absolutely well-served by Lincoln Avenue. I was super happy and would easily return (hopefully for a non-emergency need!).
