Today I called about another medication and three hours after it had been called in nothing had been done as they couldn't find anything for him!?!?!? CALL!?!?! Then I asked how long and how much and the pharmacist gave a heavy sigh and said maybe 30 minutes because she had to enter it and blah, blah, blah. and NO COST! If you don't want to do the job - get another one. May be switching to another CVS location or another pharmacy.

Melissa (sorry a I didn't get her last name) is always pleasant and extremely helpful in person or on the phone. I've stood in line and know first hand customers can be very rude. Another associate , last name Rieth is also always pleasant. Establishment's like this need to keep store shelves filled, medications on hand, cleaned and maintained, even when short staffed without the benefit of cutting back on products or hours to ease the work load. For that reason alone, and many others, people need to cut them some slack and offer some gratitude.

Each time I needed something if one individual could not find it for me they would gather all the employees they needed to help me. Each night they were stocking and filling the shelves with new product, finding what I needed was not an issue. There were never ANY lines to check out at 11 pm. ( I am not fond of the enactment of me checking myself out after 10:40 now especially when I had 400 dollars of groceries). I was extremely impressed with all of the late night staff in this store. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. I made several trips during the day also and had no problems with lines either at checkout or the service desk. Recently, I had groceries delivered and found that a couple of the produce items were of poor…read morequality. After completing the return process online, I was advised to take the items to the store to complete the process for a refund. When I returned the items, the employee at the service desk(name tag Leah) was horribly rude stating they shouldn't have to deal with spoiled produce returns as it was messy. They also refused to give me a refund due to a problem with the return code. After leaving the store, I spoke with corporate, and they graciously gave a refund.
