Their customer service is pretty good because every time I go in the guys are friendly and know exactly where my hair or hair products are in the store. I kinda feel disloyal for going here just because I shopped at the other place for years but what can I say? She stayed in communication with me and was very responsive to all my phone calls and texts regarding wedding day details. Kaylie (I may have butchered the spelling) did my make up trial and wedding day make up. She was also very accommodating to my needs. I originally opted for the airbrush, but then decided against it. I thought her airbrush skills were excellent, my face just didn't like it. She did an even better job applying my traditional make up. She used a lighter foundation and my face looked awesome. I would highly recommend her. She can do both romantic and dramatic make up styles.

I was pretty new to professional eyebrow waxing and skin care, but now I love it. I always see Leah, and she's helped me grow in my eyebrows to a reasonable shape after years of over-plucking, and now she's working with me on facials to try to coax out that bridal glow. I've tried their makeup (especially their long wear lip color) and some of their skin products, and I've been very satisfied. They always answer my questions and make suggestions, but they aren't pushy about their products. Great for eyebrows, facials, skincare, and makeup in my experience.

She (the other woman) destroyed my lashes with excessive amounts of glue, not separating my lashes and cutting old extensions off. Her location is convenient and very clean. Highly recommended.

I was visiting here for a wedding. I made a Custom Makeover reservation on Sephora's easy to use mobile app since I had a wedding nearby. I am a Rouge Level for their membership program, so I was able to get this free of charge. Normally it would be free with a $50+ purchase for anyone. I arrived 10 minutes prior, and they were able to take me right away. Madeline was my specialist. She asked me what type of look I was going for, things I liked, things I didn't, my skin type, and if I wanted to purchase eyelashes with my makeover. She tested my skin tone to get the best match. She talked to me all through the session telling me about the products she was using, and even wrote them down for me so if I liked them I could purchase them at a later date. She did a fabulous job and I did end up getting a few things on the list. She was a dream to work with and I looked lovely at the wedding. I would definitely visit this Sephora again!
